Unfortunate. I only started reading the thread after Visaeris turned up with Necromancy. Seems we've been making a number of envoy choices all game that benefit the Mafia- on the other hand, it should be easier to drag them into the open now.

Personally, I'd like to see either Ryleth or Ayisdra killed during the night, given their votes and scumminess. Ayisdra first. You kids can try taking a whack at me, but it'll be a waste of your kill- I'm sure one townie is going to enable a protection soon.

Art imitates Life, though I have no problems with Thoros and Geb puts out considerable detail on occassion. Very well.

All right. That went down like a lead balloon. The Mafia has killed a townie, and so has an unknown assailant. Lovely. So there very well may be a serial killer on the loose, or a second faction. At least our vigilante is probably still alive, but in hiding.

Let's kick this off nicely. We aren't allowed to send messages between each other at night, except for our masons who are sadly no longer with us. So eavesdropping is going to richly help us, and hurt people like the scum groups who communicate in secret. Therefore Envoy: YEA

As for the hanging: well, this is an easy one. Ayisdra has failed us for the last time. Wherever a vote that can help the town has been recorded, he's always been on the opposite side. He's voted against angel enfranchisment, and didn't vote to lynch Daganev- like Visaeris and Xavius. He then voted for vengeance, like any good team with Necromancers should, and refused to make a vote on Visaeris.

I didn't 'refuse' to vote for Visaeris, we was waiting for his roleclaim, that was the only time I didn't vote for them when I could have. My reason for not lynching Daganev was explained. I did vote no to the angel and Yes to the vengeance (like the other 9 or so people did.)

Nice try. But when all the votes don't go your way, I guess it's just your really, really bad fortune.

Jeeze. Karnagan's just sleezy. Even if I'm not altogether sure what he is, this will satisfy me.

Hmm, I read eavesdropping as different, certainly mechanics-wise. It's probably more to do with investigative powers. Eavesdrop or similar as a skill is used by (please tell me if I missed any):

Lusternia: Stealth users
Imperian: Predators
Aetolia: Syssin
Achaea: Serpent lords

We've gotten rid of one serpent-lord but we can't be sure mafia from the other two realms - of which there certainly is an aetolian one have the same powers. I'm going to ENVOY VOTE: YEA but I'd like to be cautious to prevent this beinging ninja'd through. If there is a Celestian vigilante, which I'm slightly doubtful about seeing last night's kills don't want him being ratted out due to improved eavesdropping.

I'd also like to hear more from Ayisdra and Karnagan. The former for previously explained reasons, the latter to help assertain if he truly is a pro-active townie or a very clever mafia hinding behind a masquerade. He already seems to have roleclaimed, but very vaguely apart from hinting he is very important.

Well, yes. I have doctor powers, and I need to make sure our guys remain aware of this, so that we can try and kill the Mafia. Given that my votes haven't erred even slightly yet, the odds are excellent that I'm what I say I am- a very effective townie. Therefore, I don't really have a need to roleclaim.

Unless there are other doctors (which I'm guessing there are, or atleast back up ones) Karnagan's roleclaim would have made a mafia target. His roleclaim out of no where really and not having votes on him is a bit wierd as you normally want to keep your role if it is a power-role like the doctor a secret as long as you can.
