Honestly, from what I've seen, there's two types of people when it comes to systems.

Free type: This happens to be a wide variety of people. Either they exclude certain things cause they don't know, or the things that are there, they worked hard to give as best as they can and give what they can, free of cost, out of the goodness of their hearts.

Payment type: These are the people that work just as tirelessly as the free type people, yet just ask for a simple donation for their efforts. They give updates, just possibly like even what the free type people do, and do the best they can for the people. All they really ask for is a donation, to help not only continue updates, but help themselves get better to bring about better updates. The people that ask for payment, either don't have enough cash to get their own cash, aren't as talented in the artisanals or bardics, or maybe just do it to have something extra for things they already -do- get. Who knows, who are we to ask about peoples personal lives?

Fact of the matter is, just as I'm slightly going to regret this, but Visaeris -is- right. Welcome to capitalism. People, whether they live in the united states or not, around here have the proverbial right to sell their systems, give updates or not, et cetera et cetera. You can't change that, though you say that what they're doing is proberbially 'wrong', doesn't mean your words can effect them.

Notwithstanding that, the majority of lusternia disagrees with you, my ego and ability are on par with each other. I think it's you that is the untalented wannabe.

I can't find anyone who disagrees with me about your skill (not that I really care enough to search, but you come up now and then). Everyone has said you were little more then OP weapons and annoying rants. My talent is debatable, but its hard to argue that I suck, and you don't really have the grounds to call me a wannabe because I've barely cared if I was a good fighter or not as long as I could survive reasonably and I felt my guild's abilities were on par with other guilds'.

Heh ... wow... I didn't realize this thread was still going on up until a few days ago. Ya know.. this thread wasn't meant to be all serious and hateful.. It was to show off the site I made for fun, mainly for my own personal use and the other customers who have ALREADY purchased the system... I wanted to be able to help them find the syntaxes they could use a lot easier and what they were used for. On the side, I felt it is actually a pretty nice system, not perfect, but pretty nice. It's easy for me to customize the way I want it to. No system I've tried was perfect so far... but what was important to me was the person's willingness to help and how quick they were to do it. And no offense to Ethelon, while his system was really fancy... I just didn't have the patience to wait a week or two to get something fixed in an update. As for Talkan... I just pester him on MSN haha and he fixes it for me right then and there within minutes.

Both amazing systems, both worth the price. It just depends on the user's preferences. Everyone on either side is going to complain "He's using this too much!" So what? If it saves you, use it.. that's what the ability is there for (referring to whatever was said about Talkan truehealing too much). All organizations have SOMETHING that's friggin' overpowered... if it bothers you that much, either say something elsewhere on the forums that gladly take the feedback.. or I suppose (not sure if you can do this) but talk to your envoys about it.

Anyways... the website was fun for me to make.. I'm sure others can make better, BUT! If anyone -does- happen to think my work was okay and wants me to make something for them too... I'll do it! I got plenty of space/bandwidth in my webshell and the free time to do so!

Lastly, I've been getting a few tells from multiple people puttin' down Talkan's system just because it was built off of Amaru's. So what? We've given him the credit... as well to Neraka for contributing a large portion to it. Talkan informed me that both he and Neraka used to split the credits they received for the system, but now Neraka no longer plays. Amaru gave the system to Talkan to do what he wanted with it. I picture it this way.... it's a used car from Amaru, plain and simple.... it was given to Talkan who restored it, fixed it up, made it his own, put that sweet detailed paint job on it and is now reselling it!!

yeah talkan took amaru's 'used car' thrashed the bejeezus out of it, put an extra 100,000 miles on it and filled the gearbox with sawdust to hide the bad noises it makes. Fail.

True... I do also have in-game book catalogues.. but they're a pain in the arse to edit.. Meh.

Mmkay.. I lowered their costs. Rift organizer is 5000 gold and my catalog is 10k gold. While I spent a crap load of time on each... I realize they're not worth that much haha.

Should make it sort the items horizontally or vertically (configurable) and display in x columns (also configurable). I had a lot of fun with that once.
