Oh, btw, it doesn't have to be an SK, it can be a vigilante (town-side kill power.) That would explain the holding off on night 1. I'm not certain about that though. And while it's highly likely there's a doctor, it's UNlikely that there's a third roleblocker - consider that Karnagan was one after a fashion as well as myself. There COULD be a bear one but if there is I doubt it's been discovered yet, as the bears scored kills the first two nights and last night if they discovered it it wouldn't have been able to roleblock. (But that would explain the lack of their kill. Hm. Either way, we know there's a third killer so some doctoring/roleblocking happened. Thus my suspicion of Lorick.)

Arix's lynch vote bugs me.
Celina is sketchy for her willingness to lynch the cop (and Myrkr did all but say she was).
I still have bad feelings about Jigan.
But Bali dream castle fail makes him the obvious choice here.

Still alive. Was worried I was gonna get nightkilled before I could even say hi...
Hi.
Been slogging through the backlog, and it's hard reading... besides the insanity that just comes part and parcel with playing in this sort of game, there doesn't seem to be a lot of logic going around. At least I came in at a time when we've got something solid to work with. I'd like to hear a roleclaim out of Bali before we do anything, because the information against him is fairly damning (ignoring the way his protective power didn't, how do you claim a role like that and manage to live through the night? Answer: mafia are noobs, you're totally BSing, or by some amazing string of luck there're multiple protective roles.)
Shiri, your comment about trusting Shayle 100% spooked me on a survival instinct level. Really, it's generally not safe. Looking back over Myrkr's posts, though, ourdeceased vacationing cop does seem to have investigated her. There's always the question of sanity, anti-detection abilities, and other complications, but... Shamarah didn't have any of that crap last game. It's reasonable to assume she's town for the moment. I really hope we have another investigator this time, though... might be just relying on our wits.
I wouldn't read too much into your roleblock ability as an investigative tool, by the way. There're just too many other possible explanations for events, and Shamarah has displayed an aversion towards vanilla roles as it is.

I haven't noticed any aversion to vanilla roles. I believe we just lost Baby Heartthrob (Silvanus) who was, in fact, vanilla townie.

I do that. For one thing, I'm anal-retentive about punctuation and spelling. (Grammar can go to hell, though.)
For another, I don't want to be the guy who comes in as a replacement and throws a "Hi, I'm glad to be replacing a lurker, I have nothing valuable to say here." It strikes me as rude, and depending on who you're replacing and the patience of the group, suicidal.

Don't blame you about the fear, I got nagging doubts when I posted it because of insanity (then reasoned Myrkr's roleclaim didn't say it...anti-detection is still a possibility though). Still, I have a habit of seizing onto these things when I get them - committing yourself seems to work better than being continuously paranoid about -everything- because the town needs to band together to survive. Of course, that got me screwed the game before last because of the retarded double-roleblocking cult, but that's an artefact of Xavius' setting rather than the general quality of the principles I play by.

Quite right, but again, seizing onto any facts I can grab. I've already placed it at a lower priority than Balizar's lynching and am willing to concede putting Celina as a priority above it due to her posting habits as described by Sthai. It is absolutely worth bringing up and in the absence of better facts should be a target for prodding into roleclaim (note that we don't have an absence of better facts right now.)
Balizar is now short two votes, and I see Jigan lurking...I don't think we need to be worried about ninja-lynching in this scenario, but it can't hurt to give him a little breathing space to roleclaim. I just hate when people immediately believe any roleclaim of any quality and mass unvote, getting them on the gank train again takes forever. Make sure to analyse it properly! (I suspect I'll be asleep.)

Good, I hate when people do that too. I don't mind that it took you a while to post, it just amused me so I thought I'd throw that comment in.

Last game, there was one out of a sizable group (Arix with the Moondancer.) Everyone else had something, even if it was just fluff or mostly useless. And if you'll look at Baby Heartthrob's role, it seems like Shamarah was going to give Silvanus an ability but decided not to at the last minute.
That might just be stylistic, of course, but I think our mod might've actually damaged his sanity writing up everything.
I could be wrong, here, but this is just my suspicion.

Okay, Myrkr going down is just...odd. I can't say why but I'm fairly certain it shouldn't have happened. I'm still finding Lorick scummy, am no longer certain of Bali but I won't vote for him until he has a chance to defend himself because our jumping the gun so far has lynched us ponys and not a witch or a bear.

I don't have a night power, so this was just bad luck on my part that the bears were blocked at the moment Shiri targetted me (Although, good job whoever blocked/protected!). I'm not a bear, or a witch, and I guess whatever happens tonight will show that.

Disclaimer: Everything below is the truth. I swear to you all. I am not making this up. Shiri maybe now you can see why I didnt reveal the particulars of my role.
I am the CLOUD KEEPER
I am an older portly gentlemen who takes care of Care-A-Lot. I'm something like the janitor of the place, although for this game Sham is 'dubbing me God of the Furries'. Your enemy is the witches. And then Sham says "Have fun porkchops!".
Godly Janitorial Skills:Once during the day, you must use CARE-A-LOT KEEP or DREAM CASTLE on two targets. This will transport the two players during the night to their respective domains. You will have a chance to investigate one of the players and a chance to protect one of the players. You cannot have both. The process is randomized.
Godly Deception:Your godliness will hide your true identity.
Godly Immunity: Your godliness makes you immune from treacherous meanie-head night attacks.
You have no alignment. Once all the witches are dead, you will receive a PM stating so. Once this happens, you must PM me with a desire to join the Carebears or the Ponies. You will become a vanilla townie or regular goon if this happens.
So, there it is. I did not lie about my protection skill. I bluffed. I did so in hopes that I could save multiple townies. I have chosen to side with the townies (ponies) for now because they simply have more numbers. So yeah, I'm the Cloud Keeper. He's from the carebear realm. He's from the carebear realm and thats why I didnt tell you earlier.
I'm going to DREAM CASTLE SHIRI AND SARRASRI
So far I've only been dream castling because using care-a-lot keep would be awfully suspicious and I'd probably be lynched. I'm dream castling Shiri and Sarrasri because I believe they are townies. I'm still not 100% sure about how the skill works, Sham said that depending on who I summon to what castle, the chances of protection or investigation are different. I think if I summon PONIES to the DREAM CASTLE, I have a chance at protecting them. I think if I summon WITCHES to the DREAM castle, I have a chance at investigating. Same in reverse for Carecastle. Pretty sure thats it. Not sure what happened to Myrkr. I guess my "chance" to protect her failed. Sigh.
I've left several "breadcrumbs" about my role. My very first post was indicating I am not a pony, bear, or witch. I'm not.
So please, I want to help the town (I've got a chubby for the underdog). I realize I'm a threat. I have big bad powers. But the town needs all the allies it can get. Arix ninja lynching Silvanus last night was not only annoying but highly scummy. That cannot go unchecked, imo. Also notice Lorick pushing towards a ninja lynch on me right now, very suspect.
