Hmm, seems so. Erm, glad to see challenge powers in use?
Unknown2008-07-17 06:14:20
That was fun. Wonder what we would have gotten otherwise?
Oh, and a belated well done with the lynch. Very lucky break there, though it doesn't prove Archer2 as fellowship or otherwise, since Shiri was SK.

Merchant boy acted like a thief.
Daganev2008-07-17 06:15:03
We gained a friend who may or may not be helpfull, and lost whatever he was selling.
Lorick2008-07-17 06:15:31
Seems like most challenges will be doing this. One benefit or problem for another.

I don't think that was a challenge power, but who knows.
In any case, let's turn to the topic at hand.. Who do we give the boot to? The more I ponder on it, the more I think Requiem needs to go. His roleclaim was rubbish, and failed to fit the pattern of the rest of them.. Thusfar everyone has gotten two powers, one challenge, one action. Requiem's breaks that mold.
Furthermore, the Night thing is sketchy to me. The guy's not around much, but he just happened to be here right as night ended? After saying he wouldn't be around except during certain hours?
I don't dig it.
Rika2008-07-17 06:17:09
Hints at us being sold things if we helped the merchant. But let's just settle with us being better off in the long run for believing the right person. Good things happen to good people, right?
Xenthos2008-07-17 06:17:43
Well, now that I've cleaned off that dirt... he really was a thief. Bah!
Unknown2008-07-17 06:19:21
My post count is low because I work 9 hour days as explained before. Also in terms of relevant posting I have made more of a contribution than you have Rika. So why are you voting for me is the real question?
Silvanus2008-07-17 06:21:13
Vote: Requiem
FoS: Rika
I suspected requiem before the day ended yesterday, and stated my reasons for it.
Why would Shiri randomly nominate Requiem when Rika had already done so this game and people jumped on Rika for it. Shiri is smarter then that.
The reason why I suspect Rika is because more like the way she posts and her style, it's hard to come to any kind of conclusion based on her posts. So, she gets the finger.

Anyways, ah well. Anyone have any insight after last night? We got an sk, no kills, and a thief. Some things happened I'm sure. What about you Vis, Sil? No butt sex?
Amarysse2008-07-17 06:21:42
I have a feeling we'll face quite a few challenges like this, and I'm incredibly pleased that the right decision was reached.
Hmm. Requiem seems an easy target for a parting of ways, but I'd like to hear from him before we all agree that's the path we wish to take.

Rika2008-07-17 06:21:58
Ok, now we are left with the question of who to lynch. I think we can ask ourselves one other question first. Do we want to lynch someone who has already roleclaimed or not? I'm inclined to believe all the claims that have already been made.
Unknown2008-07-17 06:25:25
While lynching those with fewer posts is a valid course of action when there's a deadlock or no suspects one way or the other, I don't think it's the best time to use that particular tactic yet. Using post count as a measure of activity is all well and good, but when people like Arix tend to have one-sentence consecutive posts (no offense, Arix) and I would personally rather consolidate my thoughts in one longer post..
Speaking of which, as was pointed out by Shamarah's analysis-post much earlier, Rika hasn't done much but follow bandwagons, vote randomly, and now vote for those who have reasons for not being as active and otherwise show little signs of scumminess. Arix claims that he doesn't want or doesn't have the time to read through the accumulated posts, and asks for a summation when it comes to his vote. Smells a little like scum asking for scum-leads on who to vote/bandwagon on.

I will go with VOTE:REQUIEM I said before that his roleclaim just did not add up with two challenge skills.
My guess for the lack of a kill is that the doctor protected Vis and the mafia actually tried to kill him when it seemed obvious the doctor would protect him. Hopefully the Mafia is really stupid in this game.
That or there is not one and this is all a psychological cluster:censor: Yeah, I could see bali doing that.
FOS: daganev as it seems like he is just going to be obtuse and a bit whiny this entire game.

Well what happens is, I'll say something, and click add reply, and then immediately think of something else i also wanted to say, or someone will have made a post while I was posting that I wanted to reply to, and so I have to post again since I can't edit.

I am proud to say my sizable wang stayed in my heavy-duty armor last night while I slept.
But I can't tell if resilience fired or if I got protected or just not targetted.
Hopefully the Doc can keep protecting me until a better target pops up(such as a cop or what have you)

QUOTE(requiem dot exe @ Jul 16 2008, 12:34 PM) 533815
I am Atokero, Youxia of the Eastern Wilds. I once ruled over many people, but the warlocks laid waste to my territory killing all of my subjects and absconding with my wife. I have been seeking the Mirror of the Oracles that should allow me to discern her location and retrieve her, but in all my travels I have yet to find it. I have reason to believe that this Mirror is amongst the treasure at the end of the map.
I have armor, a sword, and a horse. With my Righteous Fury, I have yet to find a match for my skills as a warrior, and given my time as lord, I have Innate Leadership skills.
I think that given my background, I am best suited to the role of leader.

Righteous Fury: In my anger, I have become a force of nature. None can compete with my skills as a warrior.
Innate Leadership: Years of overseeing the masses have given me experience and a touch of wisdom. My decision making abilities are matched only my my people's love.
Neither one of them is actually marked as a challenge ability, but neither of them actually gives me an action either.

Second sidenote: I'm not stupid. I know that coming into the discussion this late with another roleclaim, especially one that looks so custom fit for leader, is going to draw a lot of suspicion and possibly end in my death. But since I'm pretty sure absent the leadership role I'm just vanilla towny, it's a chance I'm willing to take.
Lorick2008-07-17 06:27:57
True enough, and I do agree that Rika has been acting odd or to better say, harmful to the fellowship in the end through random votes, ect.

I'm going to do a play by play on Rika, give me a second. Now that I think about it I think a stronger case could be made against her, maybe. Gathering up quotes.
Lorick2008-07-17 06:29:57
Glad to hear you kept in your pants. Well, Silvanus, I'll not be voting for you unless something really drastic happens.
