It wasn't his purchase that sent up red flags, it was the way in which he purchased it. (If I was a warrior, I would be buying swords and armor, not a magical necklace) YOu will notice, that I didn't NOT purchase any of the neat magical items, because as a dwarf, I have no use for magic. However a weapon and armor, anybody can use. (especially if Visaeris tries to lynch me)

Since the thief stole my money last night, and stole Lorik's money the night before... I doubt that the contraption would have been prohibitive for him to buy.

So this way, by purchasing smaller items, I should be able to trade them for the more usefull contraption, since I wouldn't have enough money to buy it.

Plus, I'm double suspicious of Archer2 because of his lack of using an axe, and lack of claiming to own a sword.

The problem is that its useless to you, and it might be useless to me. (since I allready used my bag of tricks, and like I said, after I used it, I was expecting some item that will make it usefull)
