Many times in the past, people have been confused by someone else because tone does not travel well. Especially over city aethers where it can be taken in a lot of directions, from sarcasm to disrespect to irritation to anger.

Maybe use the say system.

CT (with an irked tone) Khan!
(Magnagora) Jigan says, with an irked tone, "Khan!"



Edit: If Aethers are thought, can't thoughts have emotional tones too?

It would require a surprisingly small amount of code. Really a copy and paste job from the say code.
