From what I read in the Dragon Cave forums, you don't -technically- need clicks at all for your dragon to hatch. It's views and unique views, and having a good ratio of the two, that makes your dragon hatch. Clicks just speed up the process, as I understand it, and I assume it's much the same with your dragon maturing into an adult.
