You can feed them either good, neutral or evil things and it will change how it comes out. At level 100, which is 100 feedings or clicks- they turn into something. Then they continue to change depending on what is fed them and what level they are. When you click on other peoples test tubes or creatures, you get a form of currency for your trouble that you can spend on your own "experiments". I think there is a way to set what is fed to them, so no one can makes yours good if you want it evil.

Better be feeding my lamebear some wyrm nuts or something.
