Nope. Only certain sites have a delay. All the "War" ones, bitefight, etc. The city ones all allow you to click as fast as possible. In Firefox, if you ctrl-leftclick a link it will open it in a new tab without changing your window. Just blast through all the links, right click your main tab, Close Other Tabs, and then reload to see what ones didn't take.
