This is a pretty interesting idea, i'm not one on game mechanics and all the statistical things that go with it, but the concept sounds pretty cool.
i would use "Moros" for this better as in Greek Mythology he was the personification of impending doom, so thusly an end, a fated end. Also this may tie with Lusternian Mythology which uses fates, who were supposedly his agents of his will.

Some interesting ideas here, but we're not in the position to consider new tertiary skillsets at this time.
