I do want to jump in to point out that for someone who keeps insisting he's a newbie, he knows an awful lot about mafia games and the previous mafia games we've played here.

Seems to have appeared out of nowhere really, this kid.

I have watched all of the care bear game and parts of the lord of the rings esque one. I hadn't ever heard of a mafia game until then. I saw it all and thought it was a really clever game of deception and deceit and what not I just really thought it would be fun to rack my mind against others and what not so I joined up on one. I like to say I know a lot because I went and read up on tactics I was shown links on from a website called mafia scum.... I gotta say I just started a game there 2 days ago and so far I am one of the only 4 posts the site is slow and kinda boring the mafia games they have just seem to be votes random style whereas here we have alot of talk and stuff going on.

At 25 pages on day 1, I'm losing track of who's said what and what's happened. At this point I'm mostly keen on getting to the next day, so perhaps I am just a little inclined to jump onto the next train that has even a slight bit of suspicion to help gain momentum, minus Thul and minus Revan because the group seems to have reached a consensus on that.

I will also say that if I gave the full breadth of my reasonings away it could potentially put myself in danger and put us at a disadvantage. Maybe I already said too much with that, but I just felt like I should put that out for people eyeing my sparse posts.

This seems somewhat scummy to me, especially the watching the waxing and ebbing of bandwagons rather than the logical arguments agaisnt such people. Her reason for voting for Saaga is pretty weak, simply following Dag and Shiri's tracks. Also, isn't it something that when people say either she or Saaga are suspicious, she pops in and votes for Saaga immediately?

Oh, so you did notice it. Yes, it looks fishy that I voted for Saaga after the three of us were lumped together. At best this means that we aren't on the same side, and so only one of us could be scum (if at all). It's also perfect fodder for the mafia to use to make up a case against me. I've marked Requiem on my 'white' list since early in the game, though recent postings have made me raise an eyebrow at him, Silvanus, and Archer2. The above just confirms what I thought.

Actually... I just noticed something. On second thought perhaps it is a bad idea to follow in the steps of Dag and Shadow at this point. Though we're still a number of votes away from a lynch, so I may as well just change my vote at a later time (if need be). I'm interested in hearing from Saaga though.

Calling it perfect fodder is a stretch and bit overly defensive, in my view. It simply looked to me like you were making sure the bandwagon moved in that direction, instead of your own. Also, after I say something you did is fishy, I'm suddenly on your black list. Huh.

Also, it seems very convenient (for you) that all the substance was apparently left out of that post. It looked pretty complete to me, so I think you're lying. If not, what're your reasons/logic?

Well of course I'm being defensive against a potential mafia who's trying to turn the tide against me. Though it doesn't help when I've already got other people eyeing me now - you guys just have to take my word and trust when I say I can't reveal too much. Based on my own role description, beyond giving out what org my God belongs to (which if you ask I will reveal), the info could be more harmful than beneficial at this point. Good enough of a reason, or are you going to say I'm lying again?

Hey, guys, I'm back. Hmm, people are starting a Shou bandwagon. I have been thinking he has been acting fairly scummy, ect, but I have other matters to attend to at the moment with Req. He has before been one of the first people to claim, and this was when he was mafia, so it isn't outside his character. Also, he tends to play a more aggressive style of mafia, and attempts to bind himself to the town via quick claims, and deflection on others. All of which has been par for par this game. So, I consider him a more pressing issue at the moment, unless something suddenly comes to light.

I wasn't actually one of the first to claim in the last game. I was fifth out of...14? It definitely wasn't unprecedented at that point.

Gee Shiri, you sure are reacting a lot more vehemently than the others to the small mention of my suspicions on you earlier, + jumping onto this scum-smelling bandwagon so quickly with Archer2 on the basis that I couldn't 'satisfactorily' answer your question. I was going to retract that suspicion I had before, but I may have to re-think that now.
