What is it with people and killing Shiri? Really? Seems to have worked out relatively well, though. Although I was kinda hoping someone would try to see if I was bluffing during the night.

One more death (found in the mountains? Is that indicative of anything? It's actually horribly vague,) and Serella... I'm really reading her disappearance as kidnapping or some other "disappear for one day" ability. Although there's the possibility of another Soulless and she's just completely consumed.

Speaking of Soulless... is anyone else bothered by Saaga's role, and what has to be the most neutered SK I've ever seen? That really, really, doesn't make any sense in a game this size.

Might want to get some more out of Requiem... as the "Bearer of the Excoroperditio" thing I really thought that he would be the one with rez capabilities, but the likelihood of that just tanked.

My other guess is that ALL the Soulless have this %-chance crap with extra abilities of some kind, and they all have a nightkill. They might not even know who the others are. Or this could be true for 1 of them and regular mafia rules for the rest.

Or maybe Rika just thought an SK needed a nerf if they were going to have a chance to absorb the ability or something.

Waah, I already said that I suspected Shiri because you were coming down on Thul who I was pretty sure was innocent (and was right!!!), though in hindsight it wasn't a very strong suspicion to make. I'm better at picking people who are innocent then those who aren't So just drop it now

In fact, I wouldn't mind if you just told us whether your role is connected to your character as far as you know or not. If possible I want to get a feel for how many people are in Thul's camp there as opposed to mine.

I'm actually inclined to believe that Serella wouldn't be part of a cult. I mean, it would be one of the worst cult setups ever if each new recruit was essentially announced the day before they become active. The only way it wouldn't be completely terrible is if cult alignments aren't posted on death, or if each the cult could recruit more than one person a night. The former gives the design a slight chance, but when it happens over and over, it's just going to end up with us killing them all anyway, and the latter is just cruel. We wouldn't be able to lynch them fast enough to ever win, unless we kill each new member every time, and manage to kill the leader during an absence without killing any of the mafia ever until we're sure the cult is gone, which we couldn't be because the alignment wouldn't be revealed.

I suspect it's probably something like they (either the twelve or the soulless) abduct a victim, and then the next night they can either abduct another one, or steal the abilities of one of the already kidnapped. Especially given Rika's fondness of gaining new powers in this game.

3 or so killers activating at 60% simultaneously would make sense, I guess, but I think that would still leave us with some scum left over. As for Serella and the possibility of a cult... yeah. Pretty much gotta say "screw the flunkies" and go straight for the leader, then go for everyone who looks like they've been subverted.

Also, Req, I dunno what you do, but only one person's even hinted at gaining powers.

Yeah, te-hee. This time though, it was due to Saaga's terrible tactics rather than anything else. Last time it was Luck (on my part).

I'm finding Serella's disappearance and Requeim's role a little worrisome. So I'm a little suspcious of him.

I'm also going to Vote: Shou, because our previous hunches with Saaga were correct.

I'm betting there's another one at least, probably Kethuru. The other SK's probably stronger as well. Serella might be dead indeed, perhaps when you're killed by a Soulless you don't reveal the role, which makes it easier for the SK to mascarade as them?

I -could- have given out my name yesterday, but I was worried that the mafia had something on Eventru so I didn't want to reveal it yet. Though we all saw how lovely that backfired and the repercussions are still rippling out today.

Well, first of all I didn't skip over it, I just had the Reply window open for a while and when I actually sent in the reply, it was there.

Also, I didn't join the bandwagon, I believe I was the first to vote for you before and for valid reasons.

Well, those type of roleclaims aren't as substantive as one would think. I'll keep my vote on you for now, but it's also leaning towards requiem. You could very well be Saaga's sibling.

Ok, I guess there must have been some confusion between my posts (or I'm just confusing myself). Yesterday I gave out all that I could save for my name, safety being one of the major reasons. I offered to reveal my name too, in that post you quoted.

I wasn't planning on roleclaiming so soon today either, but with that sudden surge of votes on me starting day 2 I just thought to hell with it... might as well just come out instead of causing too much confusion in the town.

I'm going to tentatively Unvote: Shou and Vote: Revan and Fos: Okie . One of their deaths, if it happens, would give us a fair bit of information. If one of them is scum, it's very likely, if not a surety that the other is as well. It'd be a pretty good way to nail them.
