I was NOT telling people to not follow your advice. I was just saying that with all these new players, the trust they place in you, because you give them advice, makes me nervous.

The point of putting lots of votes on someone is to get them to roleclaim, or to get them to participate. (so that information exists which can be used to detect the hoarde and lynch em)

Or do you really just want to lynch someone and consequences be damned?

And here we go... Daganev flipflopping and being unsure of even his own circitrous logic. *sigh* Seriously.. so scummy. Just lynch him already. What value do you bring to the game other than drama, headaches and loopy arguments? I really cannot see anything positive.

Serella: Like I said, my ability to count the outline sucks. Every other person I thought had only posted once (besides Shamarah and Zetsu, who I actually knew only posted the one time) turned out to have posted more and I just missed the other posts. Sorry about that.

Sham's been fading from the boards, it seems like. Dunno what's going on there, but he was fairly quiet last game as well, so it's not a perfect indicator...

Anyway. I'm going to throw this suggestion out... dunno what everyone thinks about it. The obvious setup is "good" Elders vs "traitor" Elder mafia vs Soulless mafia. As a secondary setup, I can see "good" elders vs Soulless mafia vs Fain cult, which I'm hoping isn't the case because I hate the idea of cults. Especially in a game this size.

I'm hoping that Rika hasn't juggled things around to screw with us, of course ("What, Fain's our doctor?") but I think we can get some good information going and get something a little more solid to work with if we all go around and give out our role names. No abilities or anything, just names.

Thoughts?

Um... Daganev's logic makes sense to me. He's just saying that we shouldn't lynch in order to move ahead, we should vote for someone in order to get information out of them. *shrug*

I'm trying to think of any of the divine have obvious rolls associated with them, that it would be harmfull to us if we all name ourselves. (i.e. is there any divine who would obviously be the investigator or doctor).

If no god is obvious, then it couldn't hurt to mass rollclaim our names.

Would it be helpful to pull up a list of all the Gods? There are more than twenty, but the roles are probably obvious ones like Fain, Orlachmar, etc. I'm reading over the histories right now.

No list here. Don't want to make it too easy for someone to pull up a false identity.

Not that it's precisely difficult, but don't want to make it easier than it is.

re: Excoroperditio - I believe that is the soulless life juice I was talking about... i.e distilled esence of soulless which can cure people. Brought Orlachmere back to life, and changed his personality.
