A book thread! I feel compelled to contribute!

Currently reading Wide Sargasso Sea by Jean Rhys, Notes from the Underground by Dostoevsky, and occasional chapters of Glenkill by Leonie Swann (book is in German, written from the perspective of sheep. They are investigating the murder of their shepherd! It's quite good smile.gif

God help me, but one of the room mates girlfriends mates (mouthful, that) has me reading the Twilight series. Teenager books, but it's not that bad. Doesn't stop me feeling vaguely ashame, though. I feel as though I should have grown ovaries after reading the first book.

Oh, and Maddox's alphabet. You know. Really manly. Puts hair on your chest. That's it. Totally.

I just started reading "The Judas Strain," by James Rollins and have hardly been able to put it down. I love books where horrible diseases wipe out loads of folks. happy.gif

That looks good! content.gif

Right now I'm mostly reading my required readings, I, Claudius by Robert Graves and A Short History of Progress by Ronald Wright.

They're both fairly good.
