I don't tend to get jumped too often to tell the truth. I defend almost all the time, and I spend a fair amount of time 'plex sitting. There's no real bad sport involved, Marcalo is the only person to regularly kill me (Once an IRL month), and to be honest, I don't really care.

EDIT: This is other then Ninjakari novices who seem to have an affinity for trying to jump me. I swear, it's weeeired.
