Casilu: Aoife is never quite sure what to make of her niece Casilu. On the one hand she seems quite intelligent, but on the other hand this intelligence often shows up in the form of puns and other horrible forms of humor, as seen in the Casilu vs. Eventru pun-off. Still, sometimes she wonders if Casilu might really be more reasonable than many other members of the Dekoven brood and their various friends.

If I had to "picture" her as something other than her description, I'd definitely agree with Greleag about the lily with drunken glow worms.
Saaga2009-03-04 17:49:22
Oh, Aoife. Saaga always thinks of her fondly and wonders how she's doing.
Unknown2009-03-04 18:42:46
Oi.

Sadhyra Vena got over her death rather quick, and has forgotten who she is. All she can remember is that she is a kephera. Not one to hold grudges, yo.

Sthai Vena pretty much worships Sthai. If she could, she'd follow her around most of her time. Sthai did tell her to be her personal blade. And Sthai is rather imposing.

@ Romero - ha, I am curious what all went on in Mag after Vena's death. Glom got a rather angry letter, and then silence.

One of those usual arguments of the importance of combatants vs noncombatants basically.

Sadhyra= combatant if you expect Glom to do something, you are wrong.
Vena= noncombatant and guildhopper, if you expect me to care, you are wrong.

I made the argument that if someone in Glom was talking crap to me, how quick would Glom be to punish me for it if I killed them? And if they even could, would Magnagora care.

You people are weird. I don't even know where you could get a drunken bunch of glow worms with a a lily! Also, what does that even mean?
Snaithy2009-03-04 19:53:45
Snaithy misses Casilu somewhat, having known her as a child and watched her grow up (with various hoppings from Glom to Celest and back). Many times he tried to console her when she was down, but one of his biggest regrets was giving up on Casilu, just before she was cast out of the Dekovens.

Obviously since those days shes done quite well! smile.gif

(wasnt sure if I needed to do one for Casilu or Romero)

My interpretation is "Lovely (either as a person or physically, whichever) but crazy".
Amatsemaru2009-03-09 03:39:06
Mmm. Such a list. Where to begin?!

Eliron - He always know show to stroke Amat's ego and make her feel confident despite the day she has been having. He's always fun to go and randomly nature flow to, poke in on his conversations and smilingg at the fact he enjoys her company. His silver tongue and charming nature could make any woman/man swoon! <3

Nyir - An adoreable character. Her 'ayes' always make me smile and her procliamations of being formidable giggle a little. <3

Nariah - If not for Nariah including me and encouraging me to advance within the Nihilists and giving me oppourtunities to feel important, I probably wouldn't be here. It took me forever to get into Lusternia and after I left the Cacophony and joined the Nihilists, I really started to enjoy it. Though I have to admit I was an idiot, I started to get the hang of it, thanks to this amazing person. For that, I am eternally grateful. <3

Shurimaru - Though not around anymore, I really enjoyed RPing with him as it was different and interesting every single time. smile.gif I miss him. <3

Morhgor - When he was an orchlach, Amatsemaru could tell him to jump and he would say, "How high, ma'hm?" he sang when told to and was extremely nice to Amat. When he reincarnated, he made Amatsemaru fall in love with him after the divorce of Amatsemaru and Shurimaru. <3

Krackenor - Amatsemaru's brotherly figure. They met when there was an earth raid and Amatsemaru was in love with Ranaldi. Ranaldi had some crazy ideas for aethershipping and invited Krackenor to be part of our crew. The relationship between them soon grew to be larger ebcause they both remembered how far back their relationship really went. Since this time, Krackenor and Amatsemaru have been close and challenging each other to friendly competitions such as reaching circle 80 before the other which Amatsemaru lost. Now, they have challeneged each other to win Titian and wagered 100,000 gold on it. <3

Hallen - Amatsemaru's father who, after many years of sleep returns, rekindling what love of people she had left. While most of her family sleeps, at least she has her doddering father to make proud and knowing that he is makes Amat try just a little bit harder. <3

Othero - My mentor and once close friend as a Nihilist. He would fill Amat's head with nonsense and feed her absinthe and alcohol. tongue.gif <3

Gavriel - A total and complete laugh every single time we talked. Gavriel was a quirky character who always made Amatsemaru and even me, in real life, laugh! I don't remember excatly how they first became..."friends" for lack of a better word but they were always shoving each other around and making fun of each other. His favourite thing to do was to set the Orclach Morhgor on fire and when he reincarnated said that Amatsemaru had 'broken him'. <3

I suppose that's all I can think of! 8D

Nariah - I respect her as a player and character. She handles her character so well and if not for her I probably wouldn't be playing Lusternia and if I was, I probably wouldn't be very active in as much as I am if that makes sense tongue.gif <3

Ah, Ashteru, Ashteru. How does one
describe your ever-changing paper heart?
The passion of spring - kind, sweet, joyous days
in the aching beauty of Glomdoring
becomes protective summer warmth, that keeps
our family safe within your strong embrace.
But autumn winds sow discontent - to late
I see the turning of your shallow face.
I do not forget the vows we once made
to the Lords and Lady of Nil. They are
undying, unchanging and unyielding.
In shadowed bonds, in jaded cage I wait
till darkness fades, awareness comes, and I
shall share the poisoned malice of my heart.

Casilu is one of Kial's mentor figures. She's the one who he talks to when he's pondering something in combat. On one hand, he admires her strength, both in fighting, and in staying mostly the same person to him no matter where she goes. On the other hand, he's skeptical of where she's ended up, mostly because of his dislike of Serenwilde. He's very confused as to why she switched from Faeling to Loboshigaru, as he'd never seen her as a Loboshigaru sort. As a matter of fact, he's utterly bewildered as to what to think of her being larger then him. Her marital status comes as something of a confuddling factor as well, as he's never been able to understand people that seem to bounce from marriage to marriage. Despite all this, he has a deep seated respect of her, and will likely continue to think fondly of her in the future.
Vanthan2009-03-24 22:12:52
Meliana - Vanthan remembers his granddaughter from when she was a little celestine unsure of her abilities. He was glad when she found the confidence that he always knew she possessed and reached her potential. He only wishes that she had less children so that he could remember all of their names.

Raikogen - Vanthan's son-in-law and like a protege to him. Another person he watched grow up and reach their potential. He has a good head on his shoulders but Vanthan wishes that he would be more vocal in his views when dealing with other strong personalities.

Zalandrus - Vanthan's son and the quintessential thinker. Calm and collected, Vanthan views him as a capable leader. Vanthan is proud of him although he wishes he'd just get married already.

Tervic - Once grandson-in-law to Vanthan. He views him as a protege and as close as a son as he can get without being one. He was a great and dedicated knight but is nuts. Vanthan viewed it as a project to get him to use the titles sir and dame, a failed project. He gave up on trying to break him of his quirks and just views him as the protege that follows his own beat even if that beat is one in which he tries to break Vanthan's mind. Vanthan find his antics hilarious but he'll never admit it to him.
Vhaas2009-03-24 22:26:47
Raikogen - General of the Paladins. After sparing the rogue Vhaas a swift execution on the Inner Sea, Raikogen found him an unlikely ally while defending Stewartsville from an orc raid. In turn it seems, he helped the wanderer to undo the accidental enemy status to New Celest he would later incur. He comes off rather casual for someone in his position, but through action appears steadfast and bound to some righteous principle. While not one to readily extend anything as fragile as trust, Vhaas has nevertheless come to hold a greater appreciation and understanding of the Celestians through the noble gestures and short words exchanged with this man.

Nedas is young and, in Myrkr's eyes, a very nice person to stand around. She doesn't know that much about him, but she enjoys his lighthearted sense of humor. She wonders if Nedas talks to her because he's genuinely interested in being her friend or if because she's just part of the Night Coven.

Speaking of young, Sidd is someone else Myrkr enjoys standing around. She's tried to strike up conversation with him a couple of times and would even like to be friends with him. (Actually, she considers them friends, but acknowledges he might not feel the same way back). She enjoys watching the interactions between him and Nyir, and thinks that they should either hook up or become best friends. Myrkr worries that Sidd may no longer be as talkative or socialable if he becomes an Ascendant.

Myrkr still thinks Nyir is a little off her rocker, but enjoys Nyir's presence and thinks that Nyir is a kind, if strange, individual who puts up very well with Myrkr's childish tendencies. She considers them to be friends, though Myrkr isn't completely sure if she'd come to Nyir for advice or not.

Shaddus has been officially added to the list of people who she won't stop being friends with unless he uses a crowbar. Myrkr feels bad for relying on Shaddus for emotional support, but is glad to have him as an important friend who will be there to listen to her when she feels no one else will.
Everiine2009-03-27 16:39:13
Ev has had one conversation with Sidd and doesn't know what to think of him. When he asked Ev if Ev spiked his head, he expected Sidd to go on a "OMG IM GONNA BEAT UR SKULL IN WITH MA AWESOMENESS RAWRRR" rampage. Instead, it turned out to be a totally confusing, yet intriguing bit of conversation. Now Ev doesn't know WHAT to think tongue.gif.
Nyir2009-03-27 20:50:59
Nyir is extremely distrusting of others when they seem to want to bond with her on an even remotely personal level, so she is unsure how she should react to Myrkr's friendliness. Myrkr seems to have a high enough emotional intelligence quotient, which sets Nyir's nerves on edge since she isn't used to people chatting with her and doing simple things like healing her.

Nyir is even more baffled by Sidd. She regards him as highly as she regards Ashai (and she regards Ashai very highly) because all she sees from him is devotion to Glomdoring in the only ways she knows how (combat, power, et cetera). Despite the similarities she views in their devotion, he is able to be more personable than her. As a result, Sidd's the first non-family person Nyir is starting to feel any remote closeness to, which both fascinates and terrifies her. He's entirely level-headed from her interactions with him, which makes him come across as similar-but-opposite to Nyir: similar goals, similar levels of competitiveness, but with completely different levels of maturity when it comes to other people.
