Nyir was quite strange, but she invents fun words so it is all okay.
Nyir2009-03-27 20:58:14
Casilu was strange as well, asking Nyir a question her own forest could have answered. tongue.gif

Actually, the idea was to strike up a weird conversation. Even better if you had just answered yes and I would have said, "Did you hear that one?"

People should know by now that Nyir won't say "yes"!

I didn't know that... I do now. I would have accepted a simple ayes as well!

Larinae thinks Casilu is funny.

This thread is still going? Wow, guess I better update some opinions.

Denust remains utterly baffled by Casilu, even when he takes into account that they are not terribly close. He doesn't perceive any reason behind why she does half the things she does, and her reincarnation into Loboshigaru was a major shock to him. While he doesn't believe that he exemplifies Loboshigaru qualities, he doesn't think that she is suited to the race at all. Particularly, he values (and believes other Loboshigaru value) loyalty very strongly and innately, but Casilu has a history of restlessly moving from place to place (guildhopper tongue.gif ) and not forming deep ties to any particular cause or group of people. He tries to be at least polite and kind to her, since she is family, but he doesn't think he will ever understand or get to know her well.

Meliana is always going to be Denust's favorite parent, and he deeply respects her ability to manage a guild, enchanting, a (certifiably crazy?) husband, and over two dozen children all while maintaining some semblance of sanity. He tried to model parts of his life after her example, especially her willingness to go out of her way to serve the novices and younglings of her guild. He's never told her, but she is undeniably his inspiration to become a teacher. He wishes he could express to both her and Raflein that he acts less wolf-like (i.e., he doesn't mind throwing dignity and gravity away and becoming much more playful) when he's with family because it's his way of being affectionate. Her errant comment years ago that he was more of a dog than a wolf deeply stung him, but it also made him resolve to be a better Loboshigaru in small ways. Denust doesn't believe he could ever stop loving his mother.

Of the people who regularly spoke in Elostian's Order, Iytha was always a source of amusement (bemusement?) and the occasional thought-provoking moment. Though she hasn't ever changed his opinions about anything, Denust did enjoy the discussions in the Order and the "unique perspective" Iytha brought every time she spoke. He wishes there were more conversation, or even mildly inane chatter, in the Order these days. He also, having learned about her involvement with Aes and Aison in the Shallamurine Cathedral, is inclined to be more civil to Iytha, even though she is both Magnagoran and a Geomancer.

Lorina coming soon.

I even might do Valarien, Nyir, and Arilyon from the point of view of my long-gone Blacktalon alt. Man, it makes me sad even thinking about having lost him. crying.gif

Aww! I know what you're talking about but I think you misunderstood a little. Meli doesnt think Den's a dog but rather was trying to explain why Adella and Tirenae acted as they did toward him. They're a bit lobo elitist and believe lobo are wolves( and take it very seriously) and that he acted more like a puppy! But then I've never been able to be very clear IC or OOC! Words hate me, so sorry if it came out like that! sad.gif

I'm curious as to how people feel about my new main, actually.

Rodngar2009-04-07 01:33:58
I guess I should maybe inquire about myself.

Kialkarkea was always somewhat of a friendfigure to Aiyana, even though the two never talked much in person. It was mostly through mental communication, and brief letters. Needless to say, she was upset when she heard the news of him moving to Glomdoring. She worried about what would happen to the friendship between them after him doing so, and was prepared to slay him if the need arose, feeling the need to 'save him from the Wyrd' by any means possible (And is still dreading a day that may come where she would need to).

After a letter she received from him, she now knows that his heart is in the right place, though she views him as very misguided and lost.

Omg, Nyir? Yes, I have just started talking to her for some RP stuff. All I picture is her saying something like... "I will peck out your eyes, ayes?"

I need to write about more peeps.

Oh man, it's been a while. I'll have to think up some new things once Ried has fully readjusted to all the Glom peeps.
