hmm....I know Xavius has been done, but, I will throw my 2 cents in on him. I really enjoyed my brief interactions with him. His devotion to Glomdoring and Viravain was the light that provoked this moth to dive deeper into some of the more esoteric mysteries that the forest holds. Even to this day I am finding out new things that I never really realized, and it was a few proddings by Xav that got that ball rolling for me. Excellent RP for his belief in the forest and each other.
Somaria's had a total of one interaction with Nadjia, but it was memorable. She has a strong character, and her player seems able to keep in it well. Rather than Som's usual plotting, or any sort of manipulation roleplay, it was a refreshing change.

I met Acrune a few times. Casi liked him.
Somaria likes and hates Casilu. In the past, she was either overly clingy or completely detached. It was almost like she was trying to take on several different, contrasting roles. Somaria has been accused of using people before, but Casilu is the only real victim of it worth note, from aiding in her early entry to Celest, to helping her gain her previous position in the Nekotai. While Somaria may get a lot of kicks from striking out of her, I enjoyed most of the interactions between them.

Rika- fun to bow to on Kimi, though I mostly get ignored. Also wtf Garmr raids at 4:30 am.. Those are ....fun practice in a sort of way. I cant seem to get
a rupture to stick however.

Somaria has always had issues with Evette. I think there was only a brief time in which I let go of Somaria's character and became decently friendly with her on an ooc level. ICly, her constant swaying is known to annoy Somaria, as does the constant lack of any real effort on the things Somaria feels would aide in the guild's moral (Lack of any real rp doesn't help), but that's nothing new. Som's always looking for a way to be snide towards her, mostly since a 'mistell' regarding Somaria proved fairly insulting.
Eliron2008-08-28 16:59:04
Lyrinae - Definitely one of the proteges Eliron's proudest of. She's creative and has a fast mind for coming up with ideas. She's dedicated to the Harbingers - being a secretary, acting in the guild play, helping in the guild shop and willing to work hard. She also seems to be impatient if there isn't anything for her to work on and doesn't prefer to sit around or hunt. Eliron's still deciding if she has confidence in her own work or not, since she doesn't seem to put her own projects forward as often as she helps with other people's.
Will do others later when I have time.

Actually...it's bugging me that no one did Daem.
Daem was a sweet, diligent novice, who grew into one of the most level-headed, patient, and dedicated people I had ever known. If Daem was asked to do something, it was done. If I ever needed anything ever, Daem was not just willing to do it, he did it well, and he did it quickly. He was a good Champion. He was a solid Envoy. He listened. He was true to his word. He was someone Shayle trusted 100%, and he's one of the few people -I- really miss. Truly, Daem. You're very special.
Edit: and really no one has to comment on Shayle, I really just feel like you're all crazy for overlooking such a quality player.

Iwiertas2008-08-28 18:45:34
Somaria:
Originally had a lot of respect for her, but later Iwiertas gradually found out that there were other ways to survive getting out of Fain's Order than relying on her. He looked at her as an example for some things he'd been through, and even felt a quasi-love for her at one point. Then he just left to struggle with his own issues, and now he's stuck viewing her as slightly bitter, still just as scarred as before, with an immense pride and purpose to helping her family.
Eliron:
Haven't had much contact with him, other than watching his play and getting involved in aethercraft. But, from Iwi's perspective he seems to be genuinely hard-working. Meh. Go harass Iwi more, and I'll give you a longer perspective. =P

If anyone kept me in Lusty, it was Shayle and the RP she created. She was my role model from day one, and has always been one that I enjoyed speaking with on many, many levels. She kept it alive and motivating more than I realized, and her departure has, and will always, leave an effect on Nadjia. Perhaps one day we can sit in the trees and speak on those magical things that make our world tick, but know that Nadjia wouldn't be who she is without the influence of that Queen.
Thank you!!
ninja edit: and that goes along with what she says about Daem. Strong, devoted, and eager to serve Night without all the fluffy banter that happens. Direct and to the point. Excellent RP with him, always!!

I personally love Iwiertas. Somaria likes him too, but it's more on a maternal level. He's marrying her daughter, which is the only reason their old wounds have managed to heal so quickly. Needless to say, if it weren't for Mihewi, she'd still be slaughtering him at the Ravenwood.

Inox is fun. I don't know where she gets all the alcohol from. Her stash is impressive. I think she still hates Kelysa after all the horrible puns and subsequent meltdown and estrangement. She seems pretty smart and helpful beneath the alcohol and drug hazed thing she's got going on.
I don't hate you! We just haven't been on at the same time much lately, and I've been hiding in my manse far more than I should be. We should hold another party in the tower and Rage people again! It'll be fun!
Yurika2008-08-28 22:54:39
Just thought about this... I forgot Marina! She loves and respects Marina and Nadjia. Though I've very little interaction with Nadjia as a Shadowdancer. Once again, with Yurika's enigmatic demeanors at times, she still brings it down to them two as a matter of respect and appreciation for what they do for the guild. So its just minor interaction with them two.
Malicia-She's just awesome and like a sister to me but Yuri's rather distant in that notion. Though we did try to be blood-bonded. Sadly, couldn't..forgot why. But all in all her charisma is outstanding to Yurika.
Turnus is another she speaks with often. Kind of odd how they started off and continued on since. Though I'm sure he's quite enjoying having his pockets fat with Yurika's money for sparklies in the process...

awwwww..... <3
Tervic wants to officially adopt Bellarin, but can't because SOMEONE was too eager to get married Bellarin is freaking awesome, that's all there really is to say on the topic. Jigan and Tervic like to harrass her about certain.... things.... and Tervic at the very least revels in his perceived fatherly duties of embarrasing his children. I'm surprised Bellarin puts up with it, but chalk that up to more awesomeness. She's adorable, energetic, and can keep pace with my craziness.

When Celina first ran across Iwiertas, he was an absolute mess, and she enjoyed toying with him. He was the first, and only, "pawn" Celina has ever had. She's watched him grow over the years, and change from this sniveling child to someone who, whether he likes it or not, resembles Celina in a lot of ways. She's grown fond of sparring with him verbally, but thinks he wastes too much time with people. She is secretly fond of Iwiertas, the only child she's had a real fondness for, but would never let him know. She is quite impressed with how far he's come. A crying mess who fumbled around Glomdoring to a real threat for Blacktalon GM. She still enjoys toying with his emotions, reminding him in subtle ways that she is still his superior, but has been suprised more than once when they exchange jabs. There's still a deep down anger for when Iwiertas betrayed her and latched on to Somaria, and she takes his refusal to leave Glomdoring as a refusal to ask for her forgiveness. This is why she hasn't claimed him officially as her own. In the end, Iwiertas is the only child Celina has watched truly blossom and grow into something useful, but at the same time, Iwiertas is Celina's biggest disappointment

Seriously though, Bella is somewhat amusing as a bouncy little paladin that somehow is very serious in battle and has a list of accomplishments to her name
Ok as for Celina? Yes she actually is a very good roleplayer. You would have to be introduced to her or have a legitimate reason for associating with a noble d'Murani, but she plays the feisty yet silently loyal and devoted individual quite well. I think secretly Celina's character has a book of notes on Sthai she carries around with her and tries to memorize. A lot of depth most people overlook.
Lorick2008-08-29 09:30:36
Where to start...
Celina, Celina...
Well, to start off, I want to say the player has nailed the role exactly on the head. With what interaction I have had has been handled exactly in the manner it should be handled from someone playing a character like Celina, the manipulative powermonger who sees pretty much most people as scum of two shades, the absolute scum ((Think Light)), and the useful scum ((Mag/Glom that are too powerful to say anything directly to their face)). I'm quite certain Celina has her own friends, associates, ect, although I haven't really experienced that part of her life, and even then I'm fairly certain it has it's own unique structure. Personally, I'd hate to see Mag lose her, as she plays the role well enough to polarize characters like Lorick with reasons to dislike Magnagora, over say Shikha's fairly open discussions.

Lorick's been awesome for Moiraine. He comes off as the quiet, always-calm warrior so tough he doesn't need to brag, and all that stuff. He makes her nervous, too, being her mentor..everytime he doesn't instantly and whole-heartedly approve of something she panics about what she might have done wrong.
Azman2008-08-29 16:28:13
Hello. I think I would like to add some comments um, maybe through my character's perception of some IC characters.
~Astraea~, Um, I remember Azman waking up from a very long slumber and having to read all the guild posts to catch up on events. The ones written by Lady Astraea pique his interests the most. Always well written with a voice of passion. By her words, if words can be the judge of characters, then Lady Astraea comes across as a driven devotee, fanatical, in a positive inspiring way, to Mother Night. But there is a sense of... impatience and frustration to any of her coven who do not share her vigor and dedication to the shadowed path. A woman of cold eyes and fire in her belly. *chuckle* All these just by reading the words in her posts. *chuckle*
~Ashteru~, Um, I do not think Azman has interacted personally with Ashteru. But from the whisperings Azman has listened in and from quiet observation then the character Ashteru comes across as a feared defender of Glomdoring. A protector in the core sense of the word. Salute.
~Aison~, Um, Azman's path crossed with Lady Aison only once I believed, but the impression Azman parted with was here was a woman who possess a calming presence. Poised and dignified with a touch of humour. A good, honestly, representative of the Light.
I am sorry. Azman has not met many characters. He ghosts mostly in Glomdoring and the immediate areas linked to it. IC reasons and the elfen's long standing phobia to gravediggers....gravediggers....
Anyway, cheers! Lusternia - what a world.

Azman is really interesting. A fraidy cat sort of character that you have to corner to talk too. It's really fun most to see what he has to say about things, he's smart and has his opinions but doesn't voice them as strongly, instead staying a bit more timid. It's a lot different than interacting with other people, not a character like Azman around. It borders on almost irrational fear of people, eeping and running when someone greets him. Makes for an interesting experience. (sorry Azman don't know ya, don't think I did you justice only had limited interaction)
