Does the fact that I intend to write "DONT CUT HERE" on every extremity I have whenever I go into surgery, to avoid the only somewhat unlikely chance of having something lopped off that shouldn't be, mean anything?

I'll make my incision wherever the HELL I want, and no one will stop me. I'm doing brain surgery? We're going in through your foot. Just because I feel like it.

In all seriousness though, our local hospital has killed four people(that I know of) because they forgot to charge the defibrillators. A degree has NOTHING to do with competence, intelligence or skill, and everything to do with exactly how far someone will bend over to make themselves acceptable to the job market(In most schools, anyway...in the States....and I bend pretty good myself )

Look, I just want a challenge. I need to know, that if I screw up, you're dead. Gives me the focus I need to do the surgery perfect, I hope.
