Actually took the time to make sure of that. Using SL is apparently like using photoshop. I created Somaria's shape and skin, clothing, eyes, and hair with tools provide by a program I paid for. TOS states that it makes my SL character and inventory (Clothing, hair, shape) my property.

Read the ingame help for artisnals. It specifically says that the art is meant to be IC (at least from a game world perspective)

Crafted from delicate pearly white angel skin, these robes cling to the curves of the female form, evoking an air of sensuality and aristocratic power. The form-fitting material descends, tapering at the leg to accent the lady's shapely hips before flaring out into a modest skirt that barely brushes the ankles. The hem has been emblazoned with charred silhouettes of cherubs and devas in tortured poses. To be honest, I'm not really impressed by the graphic. If you could smooth out some of the graininess of the image, it'd look a lot better. As it is, the pixelation, especially around her hair, makes me wince.

Not really sure. Haiden gave them to Somaria when they married (She wasn't happy that they were Niahm's), and when Niahm suicided, Som just kind of... kept them. I personally love the design.
