How's it suspicious? Wouldn't you normally vote for yourself? You're the only one you know is safe to vote for a position of power.

It's not like the leader thing where there are required characteristics you may or may not have (probably), so it's always in your interest to vote for yourself, right?

I have a whole 3, but ok, there's nothing particularly recommending me and without knowing what the security council stuff does and whether I'd be good for it I'm not gonna risk a roleclaim.

And yes everyone's going to vote for themselves, at least at first. Maybe if it comes down to a 3-way race and you have no shot you'll unvote yourself in favour of your two most preferred candidates (if the last one screams scum to you).

Should we sort this out before sorting out a lynch? The security council members might find out more info about what that does, right?

As opposed to what, voting for two other mafia? Or one other mafia and one random without a chance at winning?

If you did not get a win condition, you are Neutral, and are town. Normal town win rules apply.

I voted for myself because I felt like it, and Shiri was an RNG vote.

Oh, and there is one benefit of security council membership most people seemed to forgot other than the veto power. Legally, they are the only countries allowed to have and use nuclear weapons. Though, seeing as most people didn't know that, I doubt that is what we're voting for.
