Bit the bullet and started playing. Level four bright wizard.

Boom!

Bright Wizards are fun, combustion is a -lovely- mechanic, you can either be really lucky and get like 500 fireball crits and not explode for a while, or end up killing yourself because everything crit at max combustion. Started a pvp Wh alt, I loved the class before, though they got nerfed a bit, it's still quite good.

If you enjoy pretty non a$$holic fighting for the most part, core servers are good, if not, it's Open RvR all the way, my brother is playing on one and he's going around ganking lowbies and giggling like a schoolgirl. I dont see the fun in that myself.

it is a real pitty most fights on my server now resolve around destruction sitting behind canons trying to lure order in their range, even though destruction is outnumbering them 3 to 1.

I should really try leveling without jumping in to RVR from level 2 though *eyeshift*

And I finally need to settle on a class instead of playing all of them to level 13 and then stopping for the next one. :<

though right now I am pretty happy with Magus. AoE all the wai!

Rolled myself a Magus, and while the going is a bit slow at the moment (room mate and I switch back and forth), AoE bashing is fun stuff.

I was dragged kicking and screaming into playing this game (almost literally) but I haven't had this much fun in a game in a very long time. They did a really good job with the PvP aspects which definitely shine when you're on a server with a pretty balanced population. On my server people are taking it pretty slowly. No rush to level up. Well, some rush but then they have nothing to do since everyone else is still fighting it out in Tier 2.

Anyone know how often the characters update on the main site? Can't seem to find me ol' Magus.

You could be Herald bugged or have your display toggled off on accident, my characters update in real-time.

My Magus is listed, just not in the actual search lists - needed to search by exact name. My mistake, heh.

Just got level 11... wish more than the disc upgraded, but eh.

Your armor and stuff does get better, I mean, my armor from t2 - t3 went from, wow, this looks ok, to damn, this is awesome.

NA Tor Achere/Bretonnia/Marienburg at the moment. And yes, I regret not making characters on a high-population server.

Finally decided to roll a Bright Wizard on a fairly populated server.
