I was playing for a while and then quit. The PvP sucked, imo. A lvl 16 BW was out DPSing my lvl 25 Sorceress, who was all up to date gear and slotted with +int and potions.

I moved back to CoH and CoV (Yes, my fiance has me playing it now. I R NErD grl)

BW's got hit pretty hard with the nerf, but Sorcs until you hit t4 are always going to be worse. Honestly, the entire game doesn't matter until you hit t4 because you're fighting with a stick. Unless you play on a high pop server, you won't actually get to have the mass zerg combat which really makes the game more interesting.

Eh, BW/Sorc is all about having pocket healers so you can sit at 100 and just mash out. If he had 1-2 pocket healers and you depended on pug healing, you're going to get outgunned every time just because he can be reckless.

Pugs are horrible, I've pretty much given up on scenario's unless it's with a guild premade due to the lack of cooperation and peoples general inability to play their class. That being said, Engi's are the new BW, Grenadier is probably the best damage spec for RDPS in the game, though I prefer Rifleman, because I can shoot me some squishies and watch them die.

I think though, at low levels, BW's have access to more dots, at a cheaper cost, which allows them to do more damage, but really, don't base anything on scenario numbers, they mean nothing.

Few friends and I are rolling new destruction characters next week on Dark Crag, supposedly the hottest open RvR server they have at current. Starting next week because we have the Choppa early unlock, etc.

Hm, let me know and I'll roll a new one up on that server to play around with. May try Choppa or Black Orc, should have Choppa unlocked soon, the achievements to do it aren't all that hard.

I have six trials for Warhammer and a bunch of us are starting new characters on Dark Crag - Destruction tomorrow when the Choppa debuts, so if you want to join in let me know!

I have a hundred different Warhammer alts. Mostly I have destruction on Badlands and order on Volkmar. I like rolling alts all over the place though.

Also, there are open 10-day trials now which you can get from the warhammeronline website. You don't need referrals anymore!

So why does the damn game disconnect me whenever I try and get onto the server...on BOTH of my computers?

I just bought the game...but my computer can't handle it.

Bugged right now with the new patch, several people can't get in. They're working on it.
