Sorry, page 4, not 2 or 3. At this point in the game, the only roles you knew about was Casilu's Wailord and your own. That was 2 out of 17. So, remind me, what made you so sure you could just cross out the RBY ones?

The first bit seems to mean "if Casilu has a wailord-only power, she's clear." I have no idea what the golems have to do with anything though...there was a golemzor or whatever from the original game, looked like a boulder with a lizard face stuck in it.

And I have no idea what relicanth is but I don't remember it from RBY.

Wailord and Relicanth unlock the legendary pokemon in Ruby/Sapphire if you can read braille. Or read Google.

Anyways, if there's one person with a role that depends on the existence of a Wailord...well, Wailord's aren't special. They're just part of the weird metagamey braille cave in Ruby/Sapphire. Believe me, it made no more sense in context than it does right now.
