They crumble at 0 power. Note that 0 power is not the same as 0% power: the percentage is a rounded off value, so it can reflect a non-zero value. Different things use different amounts of power (and the percentage, being rounded, doesn't always make it obvious); some combinations will leave it with a tiny amount, maybe even less than 1%, thus preventing it from ever crumbling. Other combinations will add up to precisely the amount that's in a powerstone, and cause it to crumble.

Could anyone give me an estimated relative, active population of the cities right now?

Seems to be..
Celest > Serenwilde > Glomdoring > Magnagora

Celest is bigger than Serenwilde? I doubt that. We still generally have 30+ members online at prime times. (Maybe even 40 occasionally? I need to start paying more attention to it.)

PS: And I'm fairly sure Glomdoring is smallest. My guess would be Serenwilde > Magnagora > Celest > Glomdoring. But who knows..

Mine was 3" as a regular faeling.

I've seen some up to 4' tall.

(3" = 3 inches. 4' = 4 feet)

Faeling size is 4, so 2 feet tall. Usually size is one foot for every 2 points in size (humans have size 12, and are six feet tall). With diminish enchants they can go down to size 1 (six inches), small enough to sit on your shoulder. Shadowlord faelings are larger, size 6 -> three feet tall.

I don't know about the China thing, but as for faelings, I think the general rule of thumb for figuring the average height of a race is 6 inches for every point of the size stat. So, humans who have a 12 size stat, are about 6ft on average. Regular faelings, who have a 4 size stat would be about 2ft.

It was China, but I know two players who play from China and they manage ok these days, so...

Why was it banned? Because it has a democracy system?

It was banned because Sarapis made a comment about those fascists in the Chinese govt...or something.

Then they banned him, so he decided to show them what for by nerfing ricemaking in ALL his games. It hit Lusternia pretty hard in particular, the balance has been kind of out of whack since.
