Think of races as a template upon which Demi builds. Demi adds +3 to all your racial stats and lets you change your size at will, but you retain all racial advantages/disadvantages.

1. what it has to do with it is that Razenth asked about "reincarnate" and that's ambiguous. The syntax for ascendants is "reincarnate", but "phoenix" for demis.

I'm thinking of getting my tahto runed, with the basic +5 stat rune for starters. Questions:
-I can attach up to two runes on a tahto, since it's 2-handed, right?
-Can you feel the difference with just one +5 rune for bashing?
-Are we allowed to de-attach a rune from a weapon to put it on a different weapon, in case, say, I switch monk guilds?
-If my main purpose is bashing for the near-medium-term future, would you suggest a different kind of rune?

Okay the first ascendant event or what have you gave us the "wrought iron torus" what did we have to do to make it work? I know for the "swirling glass bubble" we just have to shake it. Anyone remember about the torus or was it not supposed to do anything?

drop torus, but don't do it around people with acquisitio because it stays on the ground for about half a second before doing its thing. (0.7s to be exact)
