Possible, but not viable.

Int. Id channel recovery is very indirectly based off of charisma (and only insofar as having higher max ego means your telepathy powers take less ego proportionately).

A young male horse with a grey tail paws the ground and shuffles about
impatiently.

what does it mean?

Nothing any different than the random movements of other mobs.

Dylara's wrong, that happens when mobs become influencable now. WHY it happens to horses and fae and stuff I have no idea though.

Ecologists can influence animals... maybe someone did?

Oh, that would explain it for horses.

Not for fae though (like, ent fae.)

When did that happen?

edit: Actually, that doesn't make sense. Mine does it, but it's never been influenced.
Aramel2008-10-19 06:41:11
I thought the influence message was "blinks and shuffles about impatiently".

It is, but I don't think the message has ever existed before so my guess is that the "paws" is for animals...or something.

Dylara: ninja change a couple weeks ago.

Right after the Great Hunt/birthday celebrations. I think the admins wanted to lessen the amount of esteem that goes into the market.

The culprits will remain unnamed.

I don't get it. Did they adjust the time that things opened up after being influenced?
Esano2008-10-19 07:31:08
They gave it a message so you don't need to try or analyse to check, if you're just standing in the room.

Before, once midnight hits, all denizens become open for influencing again. Now, however, they just run on their individual timers.
Aison2008-10-19 08:03:26
Ah, okay.

I would like to know how I can colour a single word in a sentence in MUSHclient.

(Like colouring your target red)
Esano2008-10-19 12:16:37

custom_colour="7"
colour_change_type="1"
enabled="y"
group="highlighting"
keep_evaluating="y"
match="Insert Whatever Here"
name="enemies"
regexp="y"
repeat="y"
sequence="90"
>

Copy and paste that into trigger area, replacing as necessary. Not sure how to trigger off a variable, though.

EDIT: Trigger Options
Expand variables

If expand variables is on (checked) then a variable name in the format @name is expanded. To put a @ symbol itself in the trigger, use two @@.

Here is an example of such an trigger:

unlock @direction

For this trigger to work you would need a variables, "direction".

You can set variables by using the configuration dialog box, or through a scripting command (if scripting is enabled), like this:

/world.setvariable "direction", "north"

If you want to use variables inside regular expressions and not have special characters "fixed" by putting backslashes inside them, use the syntax:

@!variable

I have to say I don't understand a word of what you are saying (I've just switched from Zmud to MUSHclient)
I thought it would be something like this :

(I've had the feeling it wouldn't be like that, just seemed too simple)
