Yep, just tried it. biggrin.gif

Two questions:

For hunting as a Tahtetso... Human or Kephera?

I have a tahto with a 194/190/216 base. How much of a difference will it be to have a blacksmith put forging runes on for +10 to all stats? Or how about +15 x2 for 1200cr, making my tahto as a kephera a 239/245/261?
Casilu2009-06-03 05:02:05
Can't use forging runes.

To answer your question:

194/190/216 - 204/210/226 as kephera.
+ artirunes is 234/240/256. Plus harmony mantra (forget the name) would be 239/245/261. So yes.

That didn't answer my question at all, you just did the same math I did, but different. I'm asking if it's going to make a big difference, damage and speed-wise. Mostly for hunting.

Anyone have the IH and probed descriptions of a seawolf, perchance? I've looked in the Sea of Despair to update my library's commodities, but I couldn't find any and I wouldn't even wanna try to do the quest considering that I'm a horrid quester. :/

Meh, if you would have asked me a couple days ago I would have said no problem. I was seeing them left and right!

I've said it before, I'll say it again. On shofa, I didn't notice any difference between 115 and 120.

Yeah, but I'm somewhat sure you will see a difference between 220 and 261.

Not really. I didn't see a difference between 230 and 240 (would be the same speeds on a tahto). Though, it may have been because I was a faeling and hit 99% light speed, so I couldn't go any faster.

I take all of my ideas about the elements from Avatar. Damn good for a kids show.

When I wrote a book on the earth element for Noola - I touched on the other elements as well and my descriptions of them were kinda inspired by an episode of Star Trek TNG. The one where Data loses his memory and winds up in a village of some middle ages level people. The local doctor lady was teaching the children about the elements found in all things: sun, wind, water and stone. Her explanation of how each was represented in a piece of wood helped shape how I explained how each of the four elements Lusternia uses (earth, air, fire and water) are present in things.

It's in that Glom purple.

It doesn't need to be in a meld... it's just Glom terrain over Serenwilde-type forest.

In other words: There is a reason it's in the Glom-colour!

Yeah. There is a message for when Seren forests in natural wyrden woods too.

'The trees here glow with an unnatural purity' or something like that.

Just goes to show that the Wyrd is natural!

@above: cool.

Anyways, I have questions about stun timers. Do they run down when you're off eq or bal? For example, I know for a fact that kneel causes 1 sec. stun. Let's say I stun someone who just whacked me with a big stick. Do they stay stuned for the time it takes them to regain bal + 1 second? Or will they just be stunned for 1 sec flat? I ask this because I wonder what utility shieldriposte would have at all. Is that stun time long enough that the foe stays stunned even after they regain bal from whacking you and getting parried?
