Why do some of your bugs vanish from your LISTBUGS after a while and you can no longer look at them?

A young male horse with a grey tail paws the ground and shuffles about
impatiently.
what does it mean?
impatiently.
what does it mean?
I have come to believe that the message occurs when a mob's current status for health, ego, and mana is equal to its max values for health, mana, and ego which would explain why it happens in those that can be influenced and those that cannot.

Your action causes the nearly invisible magical shield around you to fade away.
You whisper soothing words to a young female horse with a silvery tail, who
gently nuzzles your hand.
You have recovered balance on all limbs.
-------
Is this a bug, or the equivalent of ordering something passive?

Soothing an animal will calm it.

You carefully coat a dart with mantakaya and bind it firmly under your left
heel.
So stupid that this is considered a hostile action. We actually have to waste an envoy slot to allow us to use a defense.

How is that a defense? It doesn't actually defend you from anything, it just shows on defs to let you know it's prepared.
Would you be happier if it did not show on defenses?

I have to say I don't understand a word of what you are saying (I've just switched from Zmud to MUSHclient)
I thought it would be something like this :

(I've had the feeling it wouldn't be like that, just seemed too simple)

That's it, actually. You might tick the regular expression, repeat on same line and keep evaluating boxes, though (I wouldn't suggest using the "convert to" button, as it might ruin the matching on variable thing. Tick the "regular expression" box instead).
You might also need "ignore case" box ticked.

Arming a dart to use offensively should not be considered aggressive?

Old bugs that have since been resolved eventually will be deleted, but it's not instant (so you can see the resolution).

When FORAGING, does one need to move from room to room, or can you forage in the same room and eventually find something?
Shiri2008-10-20 06:25:22
You need to move a room.

Hi. I'm new to Lusternia.
I'm looking for lots of detailed information on each.. class, I suppose. I know they are formed by choosing skill combinations rather than like the rest of IRE, but that just seems to make it more confusing to try and plan a character. The website is pretty vague, and the forum is full of information, almost too much in fact (and spread out).
So I am wondering if there are threads I've missed, or player websites, wiki even - any info like that would be great.

This is hardly a simple question - most people create a new thread if they're not certain.
We have several archetypes. Each archetype has a set primary skill, possibly including a set specialization or it may have a choice. Beyond that, they have secondary skills, which further define the character. However, every archetype has the set primary, and tends towards the same type.
Furthermore, as a 'freshman novice' (before you graduate in any guild) you can forget/relearn without any lesson loss, so you can try out the basic skills and see if they fit you.
Unknown2008-10-20 07:41:32
The best way to learn about the system is really to just throw yourself into the game. After you get a hold of the basics (the general population as well as our Guides are very helpful!), the rest of the information will be much easier to process. As Esano mentioned, there's absolutely no loss of lessons when you move between guilds as a novice freshman, so if a certain guild doesn't appeal to you as you play and you become interested in another, joining it is a simple and pain-free process.
Casilu2008-10-20 07:45:10
Also, the scrying pool is a bit helpful. Though, it needs to be updated for the recent monk changes.
Unknown2008-10-20 07:48:13
The Scrying Pool is extremely helpful, actually, but you'll want to know how the skillchoices work guild-wise before you consult it, or it'll probably be a bit overwhelming.

As far as I'm aware, it works in much the same way as other IRE games, with your guild determining your skill choices. For instance, by joining the Aquamancers, you are given the skills of Elementalism, Highmagic, and Illusions, and can choose to have Psionics, Runes, or Dreamweaving, as well as a trade skill. Once you master your primary skill (elementalism) or your secondary (Illusions), you gain access to a specialization (Aquamancy, and Glamours/Phantasms)
Conversely, as a Shadowdancer, you're given Lowmagic, Totems, and Nature, and can choose between Hexes, Healing, and Astrology, as well as a trade skill. The specializations for that guild are Night and Wicca.
Each guild has a HELP file, that I believe you can search for on the main site, which explains the skillchoices of each guild in better detail.

Exactly its a defense not an offense. If nothing else at least make it usable in the time before ffa's start so that way I can def up fully.
Also if you consider that aggressive don't let people envenom swords then while graced or shielded with out breaking because that is essentially what arming the dart is.
