Question:
Will her colour change after she matures? Of course, I'll be feeding her and everything.

I don't want her to remain grey. losewings.gif

Yes.

What is the 'cooldown' time to sipping or applying healing? I'm trying to make a timer to track when they've applied (even though it's the same message as salve now. blackeye.gif ), but first need to know how often it can even be applied. I have semi-lag so I can't do this test myself.

And the other question is, for races that have a 'heal x from elixirs' advantage or disadvantage, does that simply affect how much it heals them for, or do they actually get to use the elixirs more/less often?

Why don't you just trigger off the 'you may drink another blah blah thingie' line? It's a tad easier than making a timer, I would think, and a timer can desync you if there is server-side lag. And I'm pretty sure that line appears even through blackout.

Because I'm trying to track my TARGET's applications of healing to their limbs, I can't see when they get the message.

Isn't the message the same for mending, regen, health, and whatever else you apply? If so that would seriously mess up any tracking triggers.

Yes. You underestimate how much planning I've been doing for this. GET OFF MY BACK.

Plus with a timer, his sipper won't get screwed over by Blackout.

Ohhh, misunderstood that part. For my part, I track the afflictions that I've dealt to them to determine wound state, and give a rough estimate based on the highest wound aff dealt, and decrement estimated wounds every time I see them apply anything to the area in question (which would be the least possible wound state they could have). It's worst case scenario, synchronizing with known wounds dealt. And of course, even with all this knowledge and theory, I can't fight for beans. sad.gif

Does the command ability in the Commander skill speed up your use of a command chair by a flat rate, or does it increase as your commander ability increases? It doesn't say anything like that in the AB file, but the AB files never tell anything useful mechanic wise-anyway. Other than the several which list damage modifiers, which are few and far between.

Does anyone know the make per attribute for splendors or the make total for them? I looked around and found a few posts saying shoot for 70/70, someone else saying they knew at least a 145 combistat existed. I know 70 isn't the per attribute ceiling as I broke it, but I want to know how far I should take this insanity.

Module time should decrease as skill in the ability increases. I think pretty much everything is like this.

70 isn't the maxstat by any means, but the odds of getting totalstat over 140 is likely to be very very low, hence the reccomendation of 70/70. The same goes for plate armour that you want to mastermark: You definately can break the 90/90 reccomendation (I have 93/90 base, but I think the single stat ceiling is something in the realm of 110) but for all-around versatility, it's a more-than-good-enough benchmark.

Woah woah woah, you forged that since the new forging changes were implemented? What?

* Plate armour: 100 for each stat. 180 for the combined stats.

Had to be pre.

Never concede; never give up. There is always one higher tier you can reach!

Yes, I've gotten singlestats of 110+, but the other was something abominable (like a 110/65). I've forged them since the newest set of changes were put in.

My character currently has a plate that was forged as 93/90, then marked as masterarmour for +10/+10, for a final of 103/100. That was created from a raw forge, which does NOT have the same cap as things that are up-tempered. Raw forges are still the same as they always were (or so my correspondence with Desitrus tells me), but you can't -temper- above the stated limits. World knows I've already made weapons that exceed the caps stated in AB FORGING TEMPER.

Written to be applicable to actual lusternia.

The sound of marching toys fill the Basin of Life.

Grammar mistake and all! I will typo it.

Read the new Announce. There is no Commander skill anymore!
