Absinthe is the dreamweaver buff, yeah. Absynthe just makes you drunk as well as giving the effects of weed.

I once got lots of Absynthe from Ironbeard, I think it was. I spent maybe a month wondering how the Illithoids were making me high before I realized I was sipping the stuff while afflicted with stupidity. Criminy, that was ANNOYING.
