There's a reason they're called the Admin... but why would you want to be a ghost?? And the moment you log-off you auto-pray, right?
I just think it would be mildly entertaining. And there is only one way to find out!

why is it you can probe something and you instantly know it's exact whieght. yet you can't tell how much health you have left in your vials?

I'm convinced that you only make a rough guess, and said guess is almost always wrong. Like maiden fae.

So, I am thinking of submitting something for the Bard-submission things that happen every month. But, seeing as I like to edit things I was wondering if it'd be better to put it in like Notepad or Word first? This way I could just copy-paste the revised work into the submission area. Thanks in advance!
For submitting bardics, I always write it in Word document. When I am done and have spell checked, I copy and paste it into notepad and I do a replacement (edit > replace) of all of these: ", ", ', ', ;, plus anything else that looks weird. How I do it is I copy and paste directly from word document, put into the 'find this' and then fill the 'replace with' with the non-smart quote. There's probably an easier way of doing it, but that's how I do it.

And that's why there should be a preview feature for the bardic submissions.

Also why if people have to insist on using Word to edit plain text, they should learn to turn off Intelliscrewupyourdocument!

Kialkarkea's phantom sightstealer projects a hazy image into your mind. A faint form begins to materialise and once you can make it out you see Lady Terentia, wielding the massive Even Blade axe. With stunning precision and speed, She sweeps the Even Blade through your form, slicing you in twain. It feels like eons of pain pass before you realise that your physical body remains whole, despite feeling mentally drained.

How do I project something through a sightstealer without having it?

The easiest is to File -> Save As and choose "Plain Text."

Is there any way whatsoever to find out how many bursts you've caused? How many does one reading of a healing scroll remove?
Esano2008-12-23 14:38:56
Healing scroll doesn't do any. Sip and sparkle do. You can bodyscan and check burst vessels.

How long is the average sip balance. Herb Balance?
Esano2008-12-23 15:00:05
4s/sip, 6s/sparkle.

How do you change variables on the fly in Mush? I need to be able to change targets without hitting crtl+shif+dead.

What does Nocht's zap look like? Need it for a story and Gloms in the know are so hard to happen upon...
EDIT: Also, Nocht's description, please. I just noticed Scrying Pool doesn't have it.

SetVariable("target","Kialkarkea")
That has to be done in a script, I suggest you make an alias which sends to script. Look at the helpfiles for more info.
EDIT: Above is in Lua, too.

I forget what the zap exactly is (something about streaks of shadow going across the firmament or something), but the desc is:
CODE
He is a radiant immortal and alternately imposing or unassuming as He lingers in the shadows, bringing the fabric of darkness to life with His very presence. The stark ebony of His skin is unblemished and smooth, from the aristocratic contours of His face to the slender, musician's hands. Long hair curls evenly around His ears, surrounded with an effervescent glimmer like starlight. The only colour in His stoic countenance, His eyes are a clear, ethereal blue, each pupil rimmed in a golden starburst which makes His silent, thoughtful gaze appear to pierce to the very soul. He is wearing a symbol of the Night, a cloak woven from pure shadow, and divine garments of black silk.

You get bound credits from trading it in.
They can be used to buy artifacts for yourself, or turned into lessons.

Does anybody else find it awkward when you're trying to terminate a conversation (through says) with somebody, and you say something conclusive (ie "Ok, must be going"), then bow or some such, then don't know whether to wait for a response or just bolt?
