That bug was resolved with several various comms/herbs recently, so if it still does that, BUG it.
Ah, I was going off of memory as opposed to immediate experience. I'll have to play around with that.

Health keg is 800 galingale. Two health kegs is 1600 galingale.

Oh, right. Still, it's a big chunk of even a full rift.
Eldanien2010-05-25 23:08:45
Artied keg... filling it with health takes 2400 galingale (among other herbs). 2000 is a huge limit. But I'd rather see the limit go to 5000/2000 and let us get rid of pocketbelts.
Perhaps a higher ability in Planar that increases rift size?

Are there cheetahs in the Basin?
There is a reason no one plays cards with me.

Speaking of potential bugs related to herbs, commodities and rifts, I recently sent GIVE 100 AMETHYST TO and the server informed me, "You can only transfer groups of up to 50 commodities" (paraphrasing).
I then sent GIVE 50 AMETHYST TO , but instead of transferring 50 amethysts to , it transferred all 100 of them (in one batch; I'm absolutely sure I didn't send the command twice).
Does that seem odd to anyone else?

If it was one group of 100 amethyst, then that counts as just one, not fifty. It counts the group(s) for those things, not the total number!

What exactly does Praying to a god do? (and how do you do it, ... "Pray to ...for " maybe?)

It's kind of like sending a god a message.

I was more looking for what makes it differ from that (why wouldn't you just use normal messaging?)

Actually, I think most of us do not. Only time I answer messages is if they're patron-related.

EDIT: This part neenja'd
Plus, in the havens, once the Divine Dial-tone goes through, they get a nice voice going 'Welcome. You've got prayers.' (At least, I'd like to think so.)

I've seen Xiel's list (and the list on the Lore Wiki, which is nearly identical) of available beasts in Lusternia.
Are there other beasts not mentioned on those lists? I've seen at least one person with an eyelash viper, for example.

Vipers are the hunting (skill) companion. unless there is a viper pet I'm not aware of....
Aerotan2010-05-26 00:06:12
Vipers, vixens, bats, owls, spiders, and wolverines are ecology/hunting familiars, rather than beasts. Likewise, there are a number of custom pets running around that are (or were, poor Talnaras) unique.
