I'm definitely not complaining (quite the opposite), but are all these events and promotions normal? Or were there years when two or three uneventful RL months would go by?
Incidentally, 2010 seems to have been a very good year to start playing, what with the historic lessons sale and Iron Elite Memberships (which may not remain available forever).

They started showing up around october-november of last year. I think it is their new business model and I don't blame them. Competing against graphic MMOs can't be easy at the best of times, but IRE has always managed to keep going. This is just something to help draw more attention and get people interested and that's win-win for everyone.

I get the sense that Estarra doesn't have the authority to give away salable product herself (although she probably has the clout to just ask for most anything short of a major credit sale). Iron Realms itself hasn't run in-game events until very recently. So, while "uneventful" might be unfair, the events didn't involve big xp bonuses, lessons, credits, or artifacts. They were just fun, at least until the shoe fell on whichever org felt shafted in the end. Like this bandit thing!

You could also be human, enjoy multiple true favours and activate a number of achievement bonuses. I think it's addition, compound would be pretty crazy.

We really need to get that fixed. The solution for now is apparently logging into the messages system on the site, which works.

Do herofetes and tfs really offer an xp boost? Last I checked (~1 year ago) they didn't.

Technically it's the HF that gives the xp bonus, but you get that with a TF, too. Herofetes do not.

The layers are Underwear, Normal and Overwear, plus Accessories. Do you want to move shirts to Underwear, or what?
