Are those bubblix things still available? They don't appear as retired in the HELP DINGBATS scroll but Jeremiah never has any in stock.

Haven't gone looking for them myself, but there's more than one dingbat vendor. Have you tried Professor Gargle? (At least, I think that's the other dingbat guy. Someone else might be able to tell you with more certainty.)

Once the collar goes on, neither the beast nor the collar may be traded in. Maybe if you're really nice and the admins are feeling generous, they'll help you out, but I wouldn't count on it, since it says in the help file that the collar cannot be traded in.

From what I've experienced and gathered, since no one said so otherwise yet, anyway, it works off of your drunkenness level as opposed to how much alcohol you've consumed.
