Skillflexing is the process by which you can FORGET TEMPORARILY|PERMANENTLY and SKILLCHOICE SELECT|ACTIVATE to pick up a new skill without forgetting a prior skill and losing the lessons invested there. Of course, if you do it permanently, you'll get whatever remainder of lessons you'd get by normally forgetting a skill. Activating skills through the system is approximately 50 lessons, so some folk like to just hop around with 50 lessons lost as opposed to what it was prior.

Works for me. I'm not a combatant, so I don't particularly need anything that would be good for that.

Useful enough when dealing with lost newbies!

Fighting is not the only way for things to be useful.

It's not even overly useful administratively. The biggest feature is the Steward-like guild deed. Champions are better at novice wrangling.

You can summon your novices for free, and I -think- it works through mono. Also a few other things.

Doesn't work through mono, or under any circumstances SUMMON won't work, except one: it works through their novice-flavored Grace. It's not even faster.

It has many lists that -could- be useful, if they could be organized in any way.

I find it very easy to organize them, but very rarely find it worth it to do so. They answer a lot of questions that are impossible to answer otherwise. Trouble is, no one ever asks them.
