How much does INT affect magic damage these days? I remember it used to be the case that anything over 18 or so didn't really matter, is that still true or has it been rescaled recently?

Odd. Have you tried POINT WAND AT ? Also, do the charges go down when you point the wand normally? It could be that, since it is a wand, they did it like that in order for it not to be enchantable by other things.

Well, if it doesn't use charges when you point it at someone or you can't POINT WAND AT (as opposed to POINT WAND ), my theory is that it's because the Powers That Be don't want the wands to be enchanted.

Well seeing as neither staffs or, from what I can tell, symbols, have that or anything similar on them, my guess is it should be hidden.

Staffs or symbols have to have a rune on them though before they can be enchanted, while wands are normally enchantable. I'd guess that's what's making it wonky.

With the credit and lesson incentive bonuses, I decided to skillflex from psymet to acro (monk). Going from trans psymet to master acro, I'm taking a ton more damage. So, now I'm wondering when acro dodge will compensate for psymet pysical and elemental damage resistance. At trans acro, what approximate percentage should I dodge incoming attacks?

A lot of the Bookbinding skills refer to binding for organizations and binding for personal use. Can someone of them not be used in libraries/on bookshelves? Because some of the 'for personal use' designs are actually pretty neat..
