A lot of the Bookbinding skills refer to binding for organizations and binding for personal use. Can someone of them not be used in libraries/on bookshelves? Because some of the 'for personal use' designs are actually pretty neat..
No, they can all go in the library. The difference is that an individual is the author of the personal use books while a group (clan, guild, city/commune, order) is the author of the organizational book.

Realistically, you will never, ever, ever see something like a codex, or an omnibus. People just don't -use- organizational books. If you need it public, make a project or a help file.

The Blacktalon have an omnibus...but sadly it hasn't been updated, or even added to, in ages.

If I designed risotto, would I be able to refer to it as risotto, or would I have to just call it, like... cheesy rice stuff or something? ![suspicious.gif](style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/suspicious.gif)

Risotto should be fine, so long as there's a basic dish type for it. You might need a risotto platter or something similiar.
Hrm, baby rabbit risotto. That sounds good.

How good are Dracnari Guardians, combat-wise? OMG OP tier or bottom-of-the-barrel tier?
Arel2010-07-04 01:41:59
I think someone asked if crystals still worked on Vortex. I popped in and they didn't poof like angels/demons do on the opposing plane.

WP WAND
It is a one-handed weapon.
Damage: 50 Precision: 37 Speed: 37
A beryl wand has the following poisons or magical effects on it:
26 magical enhancements.
What does the bolded part actually mean?

I can't seem to find this anywhere in the in-game help files, so I'm hoping one of you can help me answer this.
What can you do while under the effects of a prismatic barrier? Conversely, what can you not do while under the effects of a prismatic barrier (because such actions will break the barrier)?

Illuminated dracnari guardians, non-Gaudi dracnari guardians, or guardian dracnari Templars?

Illuminated Dracnari Guardians.
I can't tell if they're good or bad, especially when you compare their stats to a fully evolved Human Guardian.
Xavius2010-07-04 02:14:24
Well, nothing compares all that favorably to a level 95 human, but everything compares favorably to a level 49 human, soooo...yeah.
13 con, 16 int, and 13 cha is nothing to sneeze at. The elixir penalty stinks. The cold weakness rarely comes up. Fire damage is more common, so that resist is nice. The alcohol tolerance is negligible at such a low level. Better than an unspecced elfen, worse than a specced one, but similar play between them.

You're effectively looking at 15 charisma, instead, with Populus from Rituals and Highmagic Netzach.
Denust: It depends on the barrier. Harmony prismatic barrier breaks on anything. Serpent barrier breaks on movement or aggressive action; most skills follow this one's motif (such as, I think, Trueheal and Moondance Full).

Does Lowmagic Blue work on Ribbachi or Eavesdrop, or is it still worthless?

In the wonderfully large house of Lunarose, it shows me and Silvanos (which is correct). We're both progenitors, but fwho shows Silvanos as a founder, and me as a minor seat. Is there a reason...?

You're the minor seat. He's just a founder. You technically outrank him.
Shulamit2010-07-06 02:58:28
Poor sissy. Oh well...thought since we both made the house together, we'd be equal, but it seems artists are more equal that herbalists...eh.
