With SS "Stonemists", does this work with herbbane or does the herb actually have to be consumed.

I can't say this with 100% certainty, but I don't think so. I got some nice robes the first time I enchanted them, when I had nothing beyond the skill of greatrobes in enchantment.

I also now recall Dinoniel telling me how funny it was that my flails showed up on his artifacts list.

Why does Colourmaelstrom cost one less power then Reality?

I was just reading over some of the new artifacts, and the Marauder's Mask looks... amazing.

Am I understanding this correctly in that you cannot be targetted (with emotes/attacks/tells/issues) unless you have prior knowledge of who it is? And you can say/spit/emote in targetting others without the mask dropping?

Also, what goes around the mask? As in, assuming someone in a mask is being abusive/ooc/annoying etc and I don't know who it is, what ability is required to discover the person's identity?

What afflictions are cured by beast cure body/mind/spirit?

Believe its a health/mana/ego cure and not afflictions.

You can still emote, attack, tell, etc. It just shows their name as a masked person.

Two separate things. You may heal health, mana or ego. You may also cure afflictions of the mind, body or spirit.

I believe an illithoid's mindsense is not fooled by the mask. From there it is process of elimination to rule out who is wearing the mask.

How tolerant is the bardic council regarding controversial subjects?

Namely, I have a work in mind which would include an incestuous relationship and inbreeding (as a key part of the plot, not some pathetic attempt at sensationalism), and I was wondering whether it would be tolerated or regarded as "too much"? Also, I realize this isn't the right place to ask as you can't really know for sure, so someone kindly point me in the right direction (by giving me the e-mail for bardic support or whatever).

Since herb balance is not consumed when HerbBane prevents consumption, StoneMists's effect isn't activated. Only when proper consumption goes through does it slow herb balance (by like, a second).



I'm assuming it's because of the different afflictions made availabel with Reality. Once I find out what these are, I'll get back to you.



HELP CURELIST is separated into the physical/mental/spiritual affliction things, I think, so best go by that. Breaks and such are cured by beast cure, and mental afflictions (stupidity, etc.) are cured by mind, etc.

Things like that, and equally squicksome things, have been in them before. Heck, some things like that are high tenets in some parts of the game.

The thread on deafness made me think of this...for those who have bashed the critters in Scorpion Caverns (including the crawlers outside and the dhakoku's and whatnot), do you get afflicted with dizziness a lot?

I realized how often I got hit with it once, but am now thinking it might have been due to deafness? Does deafness still give dizziness?
