When picking herbs, is the rate at which you pick governed by your regular balance? IE, is a faeling faster at picking herbs than an igasho?
You have no idea. I won't harvest anymore because it takes like three seconds to recover balance, too long for my taste.

Nifilhema is counted among the ranks of the Demon Lords of Nil. Known
alternately as the Queen of Insufferable Cruelty and Lady of the Weeping
Amaranth, she is ravishingly beautiful with lily white skin and a fall of
straight black hair. Her lips are perpetually wet and shiny, coated in blood,
and her teeth are bright white with her two incisors sharpened to needle-like
fangs. Dressed in a black leather corset tied so tightly that her waist is
impossibly thin, she has sections of her skin artistically peeled back from her
flesh, exposing bloody muscle and bone, the flaps of skin being pierced by small
golden hooks that are pulled tautly by fine silver wire. Her eyes glow red and
passionately, and a sweet, musky perfume emanates from her skin, the scent of
which is both seductive and repulsive.

You have limited attempt before a fettered soul is summoned, killing the soul will also allow you to enter the Cathedral. Problem is, you'll need someone really tanky (read Demi) to help you. I personally take the later route as I suck at text puzzles. Another option you have is wait... some eight hours, when I can log on and get you inside using another method.
Actually not true. While the Soul is pretty tough for lower level people to kill, it's pretty easy for any level 75+ Celestine, thanks to numen and radiance (radiance takes it down very quickly). You can also hit and run the soul, as it won't travel up from where the secret location is, therefore not able to follow you. Just make sure you have curatives because it will sap your power and give you some other nasty afflictions on top of blackout.

My spledour robes came out with 70 cutting and 54 blunt. I'd like to get something better but they are pretty expensive to make. How bad of stats are those and would it be worth it to junk them and try again?
Unknown2009-02-10 22:41:06
My splendours have 70/57 and are generally agreed to be rather bad. Gonna be re-doing mine when I have the funds.

For amazing splendors, don't settle for anything below 65/65. Aim for 70/70.

Even after waaay to many attempts I haven't been able to get something quite as amazing as that. But if you are a perfectionist, that's something to strive for, heh.

What would the impact of precision 175 vs precision 200 be? And are x/200/240+ rapiers possible?

I feel a bit silly asking this, but are manses functionally considered their own individual planes?
(e.g. "The Dekoven Estate" is not functionally on the same plane as "Flow".)

Manses, as I understand them, are aether bubbles that, like the other bubbles, float around in Aetherspace. Some are small, some are large. The fact that you can change any manse into an aethership which flies around aetherspace supports this. The algontherine egg makes the bubble mobile.

Hmm.
I'm asking because I never see anyone on BWHO while I'm in a manse, unless they're also in the manse I'm in. So, they're little aetherbubbles that kind of float around, and they're not different planes, but they function as...different states of being, I guess?

They are different planes that just happen to be one plane away from every other plane.

Before I do anything drastic... will the wackodoru reagent also make me have to feed my beast all over again? Or will I be ready to go and boost its body/mind/ego from the start?

Are possible, depends how long you want to actually bother spending on them, most people tend to drop 10-20 precision, and boost the speed to around 250-ish.

Does locking multiple Psionics buffs on different channels stack. Example, Psiarmour on all three channels.

I'm afraid that Biofeedback is the only ability that can effectively be used to lock more than one channel, assuming they are different types of resistances that are locked.
Edit: But I am familiar with Psychometabolism only and might be wrong even with that. (Hmm, why did I answer in the first place...)
