(Illithoids are not proven to be Soulless either. At least, not Soulless in the same manner as the Soulless Gods.)

There are also Kephera in Glom.
We're an equal opportunity evil forest.

I meant there are Illithoid Mobs. There are no Kephera mobs in Glom!

Thanks but... hmm. Doesn't doing the Caoimhe Dell quest make you an enemy to the forests?

Can someone give me the rundown on how to get a firegem?
That's a quest and so we're not allowed to post it. I will say that you start in Zoaka though.

I need a suggestion for a new quest to attempt, that isn't one of these.
She has been enrolled as a permanent member of staff at the Clarramore Cloud
Gardens.
She has restored the ancient workshop of Xion to functionality.
She woke the Old Ones and restored connection to Grandmother Scorpion.
She has freed the maiden Feyahi from the prison of the Kryden Valik.
She has scribed the tales of old Celest into the Tome of Remembrance.
She summoned the spirit of Princess Marilynth to cleanse the Sea of Despair.
She did lead the festering molds to overthrow the undead invaders of Cankermore.
She aided the gnomes of the Facility in a mysterious endeavor.
She has aided the Kyrian tribe in curing their children.
She did help summon the Great Cat Spirit to aid the Igasho Tribe of Hhuhur.
She helped Tolborolla tae'dae and furrikin contact Ackleberry.
She helped seal the gorgogs behind the dimensional barriers.
She did aide the dragon turtles, saving a lost kin in the Toronada tidepools.
She did aid the centaurs of the Hifarae hills drive out Gromagh's horde.
---
Any village quest.
Any anti-Celest quest.
Someone got a suggestion for a good quest to try?
I've also heard rumours of a special honours in Glomdoring that's gained when you do three commune specific quests. Is it so or have I misunderstood something, and does Celest have a counterpart that I can attempt?

Do the Zoaka quest. It'll make you swear off quests for EVER.

I disagree with Tervic.

Quests are dumb. >_>
Take too long, have too many parts where you just have to guess, take too long to reset, and are too easily messed up by other people.![angry.gif](style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/angry.gif)

Yeah, the whole bit about having to do everything with the items perfectly (or nearly so) and making it ridiculously easy for someone to screw you up... meh.

Does anyone have a full list of city/commune rank names for the Conquest and Commercial governing styles, as well as the commune ones?
Does anyone have a full listing of how the description of a city/commune changes based on village size for each governing style?

Shiri2009-03-01 06:45:09
Commune titles don't change based on commercial/whatever.
0-1 villages: Forest/Dark Forest, Marshall/Dark Marshall
2-4? villages: Collective/Dark Collective, Seneschal/Dark Seneschal
5+ villages: Alliance/Dark Alliance?, Regent/Dark Regent?

Ignore.
Rika2009-03-01 06:53:03
It's not "Dark Forest", but just Forest for both communes. However, one of governing styles or political structures (forgot which) will give it a "Great" prefix. I'm not sure if there is a third.
Xiel2009-03-01 07:22:40
Hmm...I believe in my OCD, I have most of it down somewhere. One moment.
Edit: I lied. Poo. I know you can find the patterns of the cities under the different governing styles in their various stages by filtering through the politics posts though, since I did it before. Seems I just didn't save it though...

Great is despotic. I don't think benign has been used since it has been available to communes. There's no reason to.

Clearly Glom just needs to capture all the villages. For academic purposes. >_>
Razenth2009-03-02 02:01:06
Did any city ever use the Commercial style?
Also, for Conquest style 6+ villages, is it Empire?

I'm pretty sure Magnagora was commercial for a little while. I didn't like the rank titles (not that I can remember any of them). Daevos was a Governor!

1. Can this topic be moved to survival guide and pinned? Took me ages to find it again.
2. Do IG writing/theater honor lines rise based on submissions to the library/stage, prestige/world stage submissions, or victories? (ie, which of those is it based on)

I'll pin it here, where it's obvious. Survival is kind of out of the way, if you've noticed the proportion of "halp im newb" threads that show up here as opposed to there.

Quick question about willpower regen. I've heard that rocking in a rocking chair helps to regen quicker. I've been rocking and meditating at the same time. Does one cancel out the other? I ask because it seems to be going at the same pace as meditating alone.
Thanks
