Unvote

I really don't know who to vote for now. rolleyes.gif

I think I'll wait to see what Daganev says.
Daganev2008-10-02 03:04:00
I just got home from my holiday, If I'm still alive you'll hear from me after I read 9 pages.
Shiri2008-10-02 03:09:03
You're still alive, so ok.
Rika2008-10-02 03:13:18
Quick! Someone lynch him before he can defend himself!

so... Some of you may or may not know that the past two days were Rosh Hashana, and I was nowhere near a computer.

I missed night one, so I have no information on anybody. (sorry!)

However, I need to ask why did Shiri not tell us who he role-blocked while asking other people for information?

I'm quite confused on that point.

Second, although normally, its not a good idea to vote no lynch, it seems to me that we have almost perfect information, and we might as well not lynch anyone untill we have information that says they are scum.

For example, if shiri blocks someone and nobody dies, then we can assume that person was mafia, unless we hear from the spy that the person who shiri blocked didn't do anything, etc. etc. I can also investigate people, and if my investigation comes up maifa or innocence, and we see if what I found out fits with their previous behavior or not, we can figure out who is mafia without lynching any townies.

We really don't find out any new information from a lynch that we didn't already have.

Also I'm thinking that we can vote no lynch to move the day forward and find out about Casilu. Lastly, is there anyone else who is acting suspicous who might be mafia?

Bah. Ok.

'cause that's not the same kind of information as we were getting from the cops. I suppose it couldn't have hurt to give it out, but all it proves is that Celina didn't use her power to nightkill and wasn't targetted with any success. I guess I'll reveal it in future. Arix outed it this time anyway (also proving that I wasn't the scum that killed Shaddus).

I don't know...I'm really wary of this. It's seriously not easy to get information even at night in this scenario - we don't have an accurate cop, and any of the cops could be scum, so the fact that we start with more information than usual (in a sense) doesn't seem to override the idea that we should always give ourselves a chance at getting a scum killed. It is definitely tempting though.

I don't think anyone has been acting scummy so far apart from Casilu. I don't buy Arix's accusation about Celina, which leaves nothing else that people've really come under fire from. I still don't really want to no lynch though. Ehhh.
Arix2008-10-02 03:39:14
I don't have an accusation of Celina, I w as just confused by her going after me when I said she didn't kill Shaddus
Daganev2008-10-02 03:40:30
Well, I think we should look at the Arix/Celina/Shiri triangle more closely now then. (as thats the only peculiar information we have)

If it is true that Arix spied on Shiri, and Shiri blocked Celina, and Arix knows that Shiri blocked Celina, and yet someone was shot, shouldn't Arix be certain that Celina is not scum? Why is he thinkin that Celina is scum? Why would her vague statement about guns and cops, cause Arix to go against his concrete information that Celina was roleblocked?

Very strange to me.

Why does "confused" equal "Lynch vote"??

I'm not a "roleblocker" - I block powers being used by and on the person. A gun is not a power as far as I am aware, so it's entirely possible that she's still scum.
Daganev2008-10-02 03:42:29
besides me has anyone not been posting?
Rika2008-10-02 03:43:24
Nope, a few people have only made a couple of posts, though. Including Silvanus, who I see is reading.
Shiri2008-10-02 03:44:04
Celina, Shaddus, Silferras, Silvanus have only posted 2x each. You're the only one who didn't post at all though.

Ahh Ok then! That is a very important subtle difference I missed sad.gif

Now, Arix, why did you watch Shiri? Why didn't you watch someone else who would be unlikely to tell us what they did?

You're not the first, I've been missing important subtle differences all over the place too...like asking Silvanus to kill Casilu doh.gif

Only Peter can't play with guns, and that's a balance consideration. If you need a role justification, the Haitian can remove memories and make you forget that you ever intended to kill someone.

Wait, what? Are you implying that I can roleblock scum nightkills as well? I don't really understand your post.
