The idea of a cheap shop for the clan members is a good one. Free stuff isn't really necessary so long as we know we can buy the things we need at the one place for good prices. Its expensive to start out in any of these games, but it doesn't seem too hard collecting gold.

If I were running a subsidized shop for a small group, I would think about setting up a public shelf aimed at making enough profit to cover the costs of the clan shelves.. or something along those lines anyway.
