Right, since there is interest I'll make a topic for it:

I'm still looking for ideas for my personal emote / pose. I really... don't have any. I'm going to be honest and admit that I'm very picky but that is also why I'm offering 100 credits to the person that can come up with a satisfying idea for it.

I want it to fit with what Aesyra currently has, ie mostly centered around her zap and (new) shout (once I finish that).

The zap involves her conjuring up an electric hawk and throwing it at people. I can't log in right now for the exact messages, I will add them here though once I get home (roughly 5 hours).

The (new) shout will probably be something along the lines of "With a chilling calm, Aesyra's voice cuts across the skies, "blah"." (If I get it approved et all).

So basically, her "theme" is storm, lightning, electricity etc. and I want the emote / pose to fit into that. I thought about her summoning a hawk as emote and having it sit on her shoulder as pose, but I sort of doubt that would get approved. It's also basically the exact same as her zap.. so yeah.

PS: Charune, Serenwile and Shofangi are also themes.

Any and all ideas welcome!

I know! That's why I want something really neat, and that in turn makes it so hard to find something. Did I ever tell you that I only got my zap set recently because I could never think of something awesome ever since it was introduced?

Here's a start. I'd actually work on it a lot more before submitting it, of course (I'd almost completely change certain things), but I'm trying to see what you're looking for.

First Person: You flex your power, feeling it flow around you as it manifests a small storm. Drawing further upon it, your surroundings shrink to insignificance and the darkening clouds around you flicker with lightning.
Third Person: Wisps of mist condense from the air around Aesyra, quickly thickening into a small cloud. Aesyra grows, towering above her surroundings as the clouds around her darken and flicker with lightning.
Pose: Surrounded by an aura of storms, Aesyra towers here.

Targetted
First Person: Turning towards $target, you flex your power, manifesting a small storm around you. Stepping towards $target, you tower over $target_him as the darkening clouds around you flicker with lightning.
Second Person: Aesyra turns towards you, as wisps of cloud condense from the air around her.Stepping towards you, you are peripherally aware of the clouds darkening and flickering with lightning. Craning your neck upwards, you notice just how tall she seems to be....
Third Person: Aesyra turns towards $target, as wisps of cloud condense from the air. She steps towards $target, as the clouds around her darken and begin to flicker with lightning. Watching them, you notice the disparity in their height, as Aesyra towers impressively over $target.

EDIT: Oh, and I'm not sure if it'd get past the checks due to the semi-godmode stuff, but hopefully they'd let it go because you're a Demi.

I'll make an entry soon enough. But can I ask what the emote is for? Ie. a greeting, an emote for when you are angry? One for just idling casually around?

I think you could get away with playing with electricity crackling between the fingers on your hands, flowing from one hand to the other. You'd have to be grinning that evil grin, just to make the effect more complete. There should be sizzling involved, too. Maybe some singing.

Good question. My general opinion is "whichever I can use the most in many different situations".

It doesn't help me having an awesome emote / pose if I then can only use it in a single specific situation that only happens once every blue moon.

Aesyra closes her hands, then slowly draws them apart, a sizzling string of lightning linking the two. She starts to play with the lightning, grinning evilly at $target as she passes it from hand to hand. As $target_he becomes more unsettled, she starts sending little spurts of lightning at $target_his feet. $target begins to dodge the lightning as best $target_he can, $target_his efforts looking like some form of dance.

$target is here, dancing to avoid the lightning Aesyra is throwing at $target_his feet.

Ah cool, thought you wanted it as some hawk bonding thing - say a warning. Have the hawk as the manifestation of your demigod powers. Hrm best get a pose too
