Had a major system melt down earlier, trying to stand up about 100x a second.
I don't have those two lines in my system, I think they might be a shrine effect.
Does anyone have the afflictions they can give? I think one of the lines gives stun, which might have caused the problem.

I'm pretty sure that right there is ripple. And I think it just damages and stuns.
