Well, I didn't want to say anything, but I roleblocked/doctored Diamondais last night. So, she was either the targetee or the targeter.

Well, I'm not sure what happened. I just got a PM stating I was enclosed and there was an annoying metal buzzing around me.

That sounds like something someone on Robotnik's team would do.

Hmm. It's difficult. But I think I'm with Rika on this. Hopefully someone else will be able to provide some more information that will help determine one way or another if it was a block or a doctor, but at the moment, that's the only lead so, Vote Diamondias.

THe only thing that would tell us that Diamondias was the target, would be if we had some really stupid scum who tell us that they targeted Diamondais, or if someone was able to track and saw someone other than casilu target Diamondais.
