What do we know of Ilyarin's character? I should probably also look up who/what Cream is, hrm.
Only power I have requires three Chaos Emeralds, but as it stands, I figure invincibility for Sonic (not sure how town leader business works - why exactly is Sonic more important than, say, Tails?) sounds good.
