I guess it's fail because the person taking the picture and/or the girls in the picture didn't notice? Maybe because no one in the picture seems to have noticed the old guy in the boxers?

I found this oddly funny. The Norns were trying to help me work out a bug I was having where I had some kind of residual deep pact with Elohora:
