Are feeds supposed to look old and nasty? Like rotten eggs, overripe fruit, wilted veggies... why are these stores selling expired foods anyway =S

This thread is uber long, so apologies if I missed it, but are feeding levels going to be reconsidered? Unless I'm very much missing something, my horse could only hold 4 feeds in its feedbag, and it ate 2 per RL hour. I popped it out of stables today and it was starving (no shock there) and then dead, all in the same prompt.

4 feeds in feedbag, yes. 1 per hour. It checks feed at midnight - so if you pulled it out just before midnight, it was starving, and midnight hit, it would have died.

Oh I'm confused - you have to feed it every 4 hours then? But what about when you go to sleep??
And also, how many feeds does it need for each reagent?

Thoros passed me some fish feed or something when he gave me platters when I was starving.

I ended up eating them D:.

If your stable fees are paid up (150/300 gold a RL day for up to 3 IG years) and you remember to house your beast before logging off, the beast will be fed by the stables. It'll only starve to death if it's out and about for longer than it has feed for.

I just got woken up from a pretty deep sleep and home invaded (my friends brought their kids over so I could see the costumes). I'm still a bit groggy.
