His portly head is devoid of hair, covered instead with deep folds of oily flab drooping around his head, adorning his face with fatty pouches of sagging skin. Layer after doughy layer of sweaty flesh bulges in the area where his neck should be, the soft skin flopping precariously. Obnoxiously pudgy legs cover up any evidence of kneecaps as flaccid fat deposits drag unceremoniously across the ground.
